Member of K-pop group "JYJ" and ex-member of K-pop group "TVXQ".
Began his mandatory enlistment in the South Korean military on August 27, 2015. Park Yoo-Chun will go through 5 weeks of military training and then perform public service work for the remaining period of his military service. He is scheduled to complete his military service on August 26, 2017.

I watched sensory couple first and then fell hard for him..though his other dramas are much better, like rooftop prince (the best one) missing you and sungkyunkwan scandal. The k industry is sleeping on this amazingly talented idol..seriously. Anyone can guess how vast, vivid, multi talented idol Micky is! Despite all the problems, he can still rise and shine, as he is born to slay..His charisma is something that can not be wasted or lost anyhow. Those who are saying things like he cannot return again or whatever, dude..a talented artist can come back and outperform everyone out there anytime...just he needs to get a grip and promise himself to start afresh. After thoroughly researching on his sudden disappearance in the entertainment industry because of such accusations, unfortunately to those waiting for his comeback, he said to not comeback again in the industry. Omaygash but this man is so verstile and very good in acting. I keep and keep repeating his drama. If he was able to maintain his career, this man deserves a to be known and deserves to win a lot of awards. But sad to say, we can no longer watch this versatile actor in small screen and I feel really really bad on him ???

3StrikesAndYoureOut Feb 29 2020 12:45 pm I will always love him for Rooftop Prince. Such a classic. However he really needs to clean himself up first. There are so many South Korean actors and singers who know they have to live pretty clean lives otherwise their careers would be over, and so many newer South Korean actors coming up on the horizon who could take parts that used to go to him. He was already forgiven once, and came back, then messed up again, and after saying he would be leaving the entertainment world for good he is now saying he will return. If he can do it, fine, but he has to remain squeaky clean in his personal life, or three strikes and you're out. No more drugs, no more bad women who put out for free. Find yourself a good wife, stay away from the drugs, and don't mess up again. The world's eyes would be on you. Don't blow it next time Yoochun.

This is a lesson to us all that we are all the same in the eyes of God. If we don't offer our life in Him, we might as well ended up worst. I can say this because I came from a very messy past but since I have offered my life to God, everything's doing well. christina Apr 27 2019 7:10 am Chanced upon PYC when watching SungKyunkwan scandal. He was so cute. I know the other 2 male leads well but not him. However, just look at his awards - almost every drama he made gave him credit, so what i saw lately was indeed shocking and kind of upset. I can relate to his fans. When Kim Hyun-Joong and Lee Jin-Wook got into trouble, I was sad for a very long time. As fans we only reach out our hands trying to touch them when they are dazzling up there, but we are just as helpless as we watch them fall. Like many dramas we've watch, a lot of time, things we see or hear is only on the surface, many things happened behind the scene. I wish PYC all the best and may this hard time breeze away soon and fans get to see him again, seasoned by hardships but totally renew.

This matter has gotten out of hand and I have no idea whether I should pray for him to be "punished" for the crimes he's committed or pray for the women who may have accused him of a crime he hasn't committed to be "punished". As time passes the development of these cases are becoming more and more messy. I will just impatiently wait for an official announcement from the police stating whether he's guilty or not. If it is revealed that these allegations are true I hope that he will be given a verdict suitable for the crime. At the same time I ask that those of you who currently express a biased opinion to try to have some consideration for both parties in this matter. We, as people who solely gain information on this case through the media can't judge who is guilty and who isn't. I also ask that you please attempt to, before accusing any side based on the announcement of solely one side, control yourselves. This doesn't apply to everyone but at some announcements on the media, like for instance interviews of the victims, people have expressed very grave hate towards Yoochun and the same thing has occurred for the victims as well in opposite situations. The matter has yet to be resolved, thus it is too early for us to judge the possible victims and the possible predator.

Raping is not a forgivable offense. It is almost close to murder because it really traumatizes a woman and ruins her life.

But if these allegations are false, I would feel that those women deserve same punishment that the justice gives for rape charges. Defaming a person is equal to bullying and traumatizing a person. I would wish that his name gets cleared and he will have a successful career after that

If you are a true fan, that's something you should do for him. If he was really behind those gross actions, he would have to pay for it. After watching all his dramas plus the japanese mini drama that is not mentioned above I have to say that he is a real, humble and succesful actor who can portray any role he likes. SungKyunKwan Scandal and Rooftop Prince made me laugh a lot, OMG! I can watch it over and over again and I will always laugh. Miss Ripley and I Miss You are melodramas that will make you cry, but it totally worths it, especially I Miss You. You must watch it if you haven't!! He has received awards for his good and always hard work when it comes to acting and the unconditonal support of his fans as a singer. WE ARE ONE!! <3 ^^

I incidentally watched the episode of rooftop prince where they first showed up on the rooftop... and it caught my attention & got intrigued, as i'm not that a fan of teleseries... from then on, i watched every episode & even bought a dvd copy of the rooftop prince & watched it for 16 straight (sleepless)hours. until now i watch it everyday & fell in love with the story & his character... it made me wander also if i really had a past life & would i be reincarnated...

Scandal to see more of him and to see if he is consistent. He is such a powerful actor, his presence on screen is so commanding that you can't take your eyes off of him. What a face. He can make you cry with a sad smile. He elevates every scene he is in and adds believability to the storyline. That controled, seemingly effortless ability to make an audience feel with you is rare talent.

In "I Miss You", (spoiler alert) Yoo Chun is waiting at the playground after years of missing his first love and he sings a song that is so sad and yet hopeful, one gets the feeling he has and always will return to that exact spot to wait, as long as he lives. A fan is born. hats off to one of South Korea's best

His acting is fantastic, and the love chemical btwn Lee Gak and Park Ha really moved me to tears. I wish I am 25 yrs old again. First time I am watching a korean love drama and will watch out for his tv series.

I will recommend to my 2 sisters who have not watched any Korean drama, and also to my frieds. It is VERY WELL cast, and acted. Some parts are unbelievable, and some characters were not developed, example the "bedridded" Yong, the real mother... what happened to them? Who finally got the major shares of the company? Korean dramas have improved a lot since 5 years ago. The story lines and scripts have improved and more believable...not like cartoons stuff of before. More power!!!

The sister is the mean character, Yet the other sister is the nice one . The Main Character, Park Yoo Chun, Plays his role so gracely that you think that you're in the drama . Park Yoo Chun loves the Sister, but gradually comes to love the other sister . The drama literally had the BEST ending possible . Put me in chills and tears as I was very satisfied with the whole drama, Beginning to end ! You won't understand it unless you watch it . Seriously, I say you should watch it .

ling Jul 10 2011 1:06 pm He actually cast in Dating on Earth (a short korean drama) as the main actor & it was my first time who see that among all the 5 TVXQ member, his acting is the best. There's another Japanese drama, Beautiful Love & not yet able to input any comments. Sungkungkwan scandal, yes his acting is fantastic. Miss Ripley, so far I think it's not as good as SKK as the good character doesn't able to show much of his acting talents BUT slowly in Ep 12, he started to show that he is angry & eager to dig out the true identity of Miri. Slowly, it's still good.
