Sung-Kil (Ahn Sung-Ki) works as a funeral director. He is poor and lives with son Ji-Hyuk (Kim Hye-Seong). An accident has caused Ji-Hyuk to become disabled and wheelchair bound. He has also lost his will to live. Sung-Kil is forced to work at a large scale funeral service company because of his poor financial situation. One day, Eun-Sook (Eugene) and her daughter No-Eul (Jang Jae-Hee) move in to an apartment next door to Sung-Kil and Ji-Hyuk. Eun-Sook and her daughter No-Eul are bright and warm hearted. They become involved in the lives of Sung-Kil and Ji-Hyuk. They soon begin to have hope again because of their Eun-Sook and No-Eul.
