Eiko Yagami (Ryoko Yonekura) is a detective at the Ueno Central Police Station's Organized Crime Division. She often loans money to her co-workers without charging interest in return for information. She uses that information to solve a case.
One day, Kasumi (Riho Takada), who is the daughter of Senba yakuza leader (Toshiyuki Nishida), is killed. Eiko Yagami takes the case.
