A heartwarming story of a family, centered around the romance of perfectionist Go Gyeol (Yoon Jong-Hoon) and clumsy Jo Eun-Ae (Uhm Hyun-Kyung).

Go Gyeol is an architect with an arrogant attitude. There's an untold story behind his cynical attitude and biting remarks, which he can’t tell to anyone. Jo Eun-Ae is a startup developer, devoted to creating a humanistic AI world. She has a bright personality with infinite positivity, even though she is mistreated at home.

Meanwhile, Go Min-Ho (Shin Jung-Yun) is Go Gyeol's older brother and works as a director in the strategic planning department at Gangsu Group. He only loves Seo Seung-Ri (Yoon Da-Young), who works as a manager in the strategic planning department at Gangsu Group.

Notes

"Our Happy Good Day" takes over KBS1's Monday through Friday 20:30 time slot previously occupied by "Marie and Her Three Daddies."

Seri Jun 04 2026 12:01 am Hope they don't drag on the fake daughter situation. Jung Ran was unreasonable to get upset with her husband for not sharing confidential details about his work. It only shows he has integrity and is trustworthy.

Turner May 20 2026 8:06 am @Kristine, all along I think it was the father who mostly looked after the daughter. The mother worked as a flight attendant and was away for days at a stretch. Now with a new job, father's working hours has changed. I don't really like the mother. She went on quite a bit about her husband's job and status. The little snob doesn't think that her own status as a flight attendant is beneath that of a professor? LOL. Now their status is more matching. Take that Jisun!

Yongja is like an emotional vampire. When someone does something she doesn't approve of, she will totally ignore the person. You need to do what she wants to gain her approval & attention. My grandfather was like this so I know how toxic this kind of person is.

I'm watching this drama because of Yoon Jong-Hoon (very excited for his first role as ML<3), but tbh I expected his character 'Go Gyeol' to have a little bit of 'foreigner' vibes due to his background living in the US for 10 years. But I don't feel that at all.. doesn't 10 years is enough to change someone? The way he talks, fashion style, body gesture feels like very Korean haha

Anyways hoping the best for this drama!

Kristine May 15 2026 1:18 pm Trying this again. Why does wife have to adjust her work schedule and not son for childcare? MIL strikes again. I found her pouring coffee on her daughter and calling her clumsy unforgivable in the first bit of episode 1.

Turner May 15 2026 11:03 am In each situation wrt loss of job - Father and the 3 children - Mum made everything about herself. Then she wondered "am I your mother? am I your wife? Am I a stranger in this family!". Wrong questions. She should ask herself how she behaves that the family has to hide things from her. She manipulates and controls everyone. Now she has run away. Twisting the emotional blade deep into them.

Hope they can speed things up now.

Lack of boundaries, invading someone's privacy, etc are things foreign to her. It's hard to like this FL. I'm only watching because of YoonJonghoon.
