Takumi Natsume (Fuma Kikuchi) is an excellent architect and he runs an architectural design office in Tokyo. He is smart, handsome, and enjoys to cook. Not surprisingly, he is popular with women. As a single man, he lives alone in a high-end apartment. One day, he meets his childhood fiend Yae Sendo (Neru Nagahama) for the first time in many years. For some reason, he asks if she would enter into a fake marriage with him.
Yae Sendo is single and she used to work at a cafe. She quit her job and her friend, who lives with her, suddenly gets married and moves out. This puts her in bind because she can't pay her rent. Making things worse, her boyfriend dumps her. She is in a desperate situation. At this time, she happens to meet Takumi Natsume and he asks if she would act as his wife.
