Monette Oct 06 2022 5:52 am Knowing that its lee yi kyung, i did not hesitate to watch it. It is though the first time I get to watch him in very deep movie. I have and been looking for his movies and series in which all are comedies. I really didn't know that he can make a movie so beautiful as this is. It kept reminding me that koreans do a lot for such a very meaningful movie.

It felt sad for me. I know someday, people can accept couples just like in the movie or the story they portray.

RedShinigami Jul 02 2016 8:34 am It was amazing! Slow but touching. I love how they fell in love in one night. It was pure an simple in my opinion. There wasn't much talking. Their actions mattered. The way they looked at eachother and the way they touched. I sincerely hope he called him one day and return.

PLEASE can someone tell me the English song that plays at 54.30 because it was super sweet and ı will always remember them when i listen to it

whiteguy Nov 03 2014 9:17 pm Was is shown in the ending was Won-Gyu staring at the telephone booth dramatically. It shows that Won-Gyu actually really likes Tae-Jun now that he desperately wants to call the number that he gave. But nothing happened. He did not called him. As we can see that Tae-Jun stopped and we are hoping that he would call me but he did not. He did not called him because even he likes him, he is afraid and scared to stay. As we know that he had a trauma to what happened to him years ago. For me it is a happy ending. Knowing that after a night they did fall in love to each other.

Technokeats Jun 13 2014 9:16 am I don't normally say this, but this movie needs a touch more violence. It shows that "Baek ya" was intended to be a short film, because there is lack of substance. If there were scenes showing what Won-Gyu went through to make him determined to leave, then the ending would have had more impact. Despite these criticisms, I loved this movie. Very poetic and thank God, there was no cliche gay acting.

mia Apr 10 2014 5:15 am As depressing as the ending was, I loved this film so much especially when I got my hands on some English subtitles. Though they started out shaky and crazy, I got the sense that Tae-Joon grew to care about Won-Gyu when he finally learned of the traumatic past the latter had. And I was also amused by Tae-Joon's implied attraction to Won-Gyu, not being shy about wanting to make out or asking if he was in a relationship. I did, however, wish for a happier conclusion as BL movies almost always end in death or the main characters not having a 'happily ever after'. In my mind, they would have had it good, as Tae-Joon seems like the type of guy Won-Gyu needs in his life. *sigh*

juju Jan 17 2014 3:03 am Lee Yi-Kyung looks so much older here than in School 2013 (haha and that comment the director made was hilarious)

it does have a depressing atmosphere (i didn't watch it in subtitles so i have to see it again to get the whole picture)

some parts was really sexy hehe, but its pretty sad :'( i wish gay films had more happier endings (in my opinion Korea makes the best gay films and Taiwan too ^^ )
