Plot
Wu-Hsiung Li lives in an abandoned warehouse with his 7 year old daughter Mei in Taiwan. Wu-Hsiung Li survives by taking risky jobs on a boat. Wu-Hsiung then decides its time to enroll his daughter in school, but must first register as her legal father. During this process the government steps in and takes Mei into care.
