Set in Singapore, a Civil Defense officer encounters trouble with a Japanese woman (Shinobu Otsuka). They then start to harbor feelings for each other, which gets tested when the Civil Defense worker is sent to Japan as part of a relief efforts after the March 11th earthquake and tsunami.
