Rintaro Tsuda (Yuto Takahashi) is a high school student and has a special ability. His special ability allows him to know when people have 100 days left to live, by seeing numbers in front of them. The counter he sees start from 100 and goes down by one every day. Meanwhile, he has a childhood friend Umi Kanzaki (Hana Toyoshima). He has held a crush on her for a long time. He confessed his feeling to her 3 times already, but she turned him down each time. On his 4th try, she finally accepts his feelings and they begin to date. Rintaro Tsuda is elated, but he soon sees the number 100 in front of her. Rintaro Tsuda tries to find way to extend her lifespan.
