Sonoko (Eri Murakawa) enters into an arranged marriage with Amamiya (Kento Hayashi) setup by her parents. The couple try to have a child, but they are not in love. Sonoko moves to Kyoto due to her husband's work and lives at a boarding house. There, she meets Ochi (Masanobu Ando). Ochi is her husband's superior at work. Sonoko falls in love for the first time.
