"Dae Jang-Geum Is Watching" follows the lives of 2 brothers and 1 sister who are descendants of Dae Jang Geum. The siblings love to eat.

San-Hae (Shin Dong-Wook) is the oldest sibling and he has excellent sense of taste. He works at a company and gets involve with rookie employee Bok Seung-A (Kwon Yuri). Jin-Mi (Lee Yeol-Eum) is the second sibling and she has an excellent sense of smell. Jung-Sik (Kim Hyun-Joon) is the youngest sibling and he has excellent cooking skills. He is a vlogger on YouTube.

The storyline is not heavy, the love story is not complicated, full with humor and very comical, and definitely makes people starving seeing all the good food.

I kindda like it that the younger brother take the hint about the girl feeling and step down from the triangle relationship.he doesnt look pitiful rather he look awesome to me ❤ its my first time to watch SHIN DONG WOOK and he is really doing a great job for this role. Minhyuk is such an eye candy and Kiri is hilarious.Nice storyline writer-nim.....FIGHTING!!!

But when a drama has an illogical story line just in order to repeat the same cliché, that's where the problem starts (I mean the relationship between main female and the two brothers, ugh). wwe Jan 17 2019 10:27 pm episode 15 dropped and i expected more from this drama, especially from the older brother!!...the guy is a total douche bag!!! being the oldest you would think he'll give his younger brother a chance a love and if it was meant to be then he should be happy and not try to be a dick and spoil their dates!! the younger brother has got bigger balls then the oldest, calling her up and admitting defeat and yet the oldest runs over with a sloppy pathetic feel-sorry-for-me lines to reel her in again!! im more interested in Han jin-Mi story line now!!..glad this is only 16 episodes!!! cant take this anymore!! lol

Logically trying to figure out how they always managed to eat together between college entrance exam mandatory study period and military service. I wish there was a new trend in South Korea to eat dinner together every single night. Or at least 6/7. The Hanok styled home is lovely.

But the way Han San Hae-ssi explain the food is too long, especially when he rapping about the food. So sorry for skipping that part. I personally love the part when Jung Sik and Ji Min making food much better than the too long food explain. Thanks for making this drama. Hope it will be much better next time. Fighting!

And there are really some interesting traditional korean food that i've never seen before. Truly recommend this drama. Makes you happy, and hungry.

After suffering a really bad Second lead syndrome in Pick Up the Stars and Life (I know, i never learn, but Shin Dong Wook's acting really left you no choice but to love him and ship him with the main lead), i hope he could get the girl he love this time....... (please, Yuri, be good. I am not particularly a fond of idol-turned-actor, but i am still crossing my finger here, so i won't drop the drama because of the girl's act. I am hopping she could surprise me like IU surprise me in My Mister, since i hate her acting before it)
