The Tawara family is a legendary ninja family with second son Haru (Kento Kaku), his father Souichi Tawara (Yosuke Eguchi), his mother Yoko Tawara (Tae Kimura), his older brother Gaku Tawara (Kengo Kora), his younger sister Nagi Tawara (Aju Makita) and his grandmother Taki Tawara (Nobuko Miyamoto). Due to a mission that took place 6 years ago, the Tawara family decided to abandon their ninja duties and live a normal life among regular people.

One day, a mass poisoning incident on a cruise ship takes place. Majin Hamashi (Tomorowo Taguchi) of the secret organization BNM (Bureau of Nina Management) reaches out to the Tawara family to return to their ninja duties, but, Souichi Tawarai refuses due to the dangers it will place on his family. The goal of the BNM is to protect the country from danger. Meanwhile, magazine reporter Karen Ito (Riho Yoshioka) chases after the incident that took place 6 years ago involving the Tawara family. A further threat to the country and to the Tawara family approaches. The Tawara family is forced to make a choice.

Un modeste admirateur Oct 11 2025 10:33 pm I’m not going to lie: the crop of K-dramas this year hasn’t been to my taste, and I’m watching more and more J-dramas like it’s the 2000s again. «House of Ninjas» is a powerful demonstration of what the Japanese are capable of. It features a stellar cast, slick action scenes with a touch of conspiracy and humor, and memorable characters that may be ninjas, but that have personal dilemmas and relatable feelings. The importance of family connection as well, as the word «house» suggests, makes this drama stand out from the individualism of today. Japan could be actually equaling Korea if it was to create more productions in the future of the same high quality.

Jingga Abimanyu Laskar Mar 12 2024 5:53 am it's a good series, but there are too many un answered reasons a log the plot like why the detective get framed of doing their jobs, what's with the BNM but personally this part suits well with the fact that the shinobi have to hide their identity but this also leads to a lot of confusion along the series

he is gonna go to prison for just Doing his Job!

is he comming out will he get justice? if not not interested in watching further. there is a reason i dont watch man hating, cop hating western shows. i switched to mainly korean and giving japanese shows a try

but i see the same western shit! man makes comment about woman being ninja getting canceled! he is a cop so now i tis ok he gets to spend years in prison! all thanks to the "heroes" of the show? so imma supposed to root for that?

so anybody please tell me if he gets released so i can watch further!

dont need anti "male gaze", "intersectionality" and "CRT" in my tv shows. if the man gets to stay in prison this is a clear case of the 2nd
