Ippei Aoba (Sosuke Ikematsu) is a police officer in the Forensics Division at the Hazama Prefectural Police Station. His partner is police dog Oliver (Joe Odagiri). Oliver looks like an ordinary dog to everybody except Ippei Aoba, who sees the dog as a womanizing middle-aged drunk in a dog suit. They face a series of bizarre cases that occur one after the other.
