Plot
Dr. Kohei Taguchi (Atsushi Ito) treats 17 year old Chiho (Ryoko Kobayashi). While waiting to see Dr. Taguchi, Chiho had pulled down the drip stand for a patient on I.V. and caused other disturbances. Dr. Taguchi asks Chiho why she did such acts and Chiho and state she doesn't know. A man from the Health Ministry then enters the room and asks Taguchi to follow him back to his office.
