Expectant mothers all over Japan travel to the Yoshimura Clinic, in the city of Okazaki in Aichi Prefecture, to give a natural childbirth. Dr. Yoshimura, who supervises the natural childbirths, has overseen over 20,000 deliveries since 1961.
