Set at hair salon Fly High, Butterfly and follows the workers there.

Gi-Bbeum (Kim Hyang-Gi) is in her early 20's and works at Fly High, Butterfly as an assistant intern. She works with three other assistant interns: Moo-Yeol (Park Jung-Woo), Teacher Woo (Moon Tae-Yoo) and Soo-Ri (Kim Ga-Hee). Gi-Bbeum works hard, but she has a hard time dealing with customers.

Gwang-Soo (Daniel Choi) is a hair stylist at Fly High Butterfly. He is enthusiastic at his job and he works with hair salon director Michel (Oh Yoon-Ah) and hair stylist Jen (Sim Eun-Woo).

Lina Nov 18 2022 9:51 pm Didn't know it was out but luckily I saw it on tiktok. Loved the drama and how it progressed. Doesn't have unnecessary filler content and is just cute and quite realistic with how the characters interacted with each other.

Sadly because of the bullying scandal that involved one of the characters, it couldn't be released on TV but instead was released of streaming sites. Because of that, this drama is not getting as much love I think it should get.

I really love Gi-Bbeum Moo-Yeol couples... They are so cute together... For those who don't know Moo-Yeol, he is an actor who played as baek hyun Jin in 20th Century girl... He is really talented... I really hope he will get a lead role in the future... Salon De Nabi... Awesome...

cookyd Sep 19 2022 8:07 am Just finished the drama! It's a heartwarming series so put your hesitations away and just watch it. It's funny how some of you here just focus on the love line which is very contradicting to the whole point of the story. Just to give you an overview, the drama's theme mainly focuses in the growth and development of the characters. The story is more on about the journey and the lives of the characters so it's really worth watching because there's a depth. Enjoy watching everyone!

Ps. spoiler alert: hyang gi and daniel are not the main love line here so if you're worried about the large age gap, don't be and just watch it.

I haven't heard any Article cancel this drama but I hope they won't hold it longer. I actually love the plot because it has a similar setting of Touch -- Kim Bora as female lead. It also has negative comments as the FL AND ML had a large gap with their age but the overall drama was so freaking good!!!!

Most of the dramas recently its about a lot older FL paired with a younger ML the hippocrisy of some of you makes me want to laugh.

forecasting love and weather; Now we are breaking up and Lost are one of the few recent dramas with older female lead! I can give you more names of dramas were the ML is way too younger than the FL. Dont be biased or sexist either dont support age gap at all or stop barking and let people watch whatever they WISH!

At 21, however mature you may be, you are still a boy/girl. Let's be honest, for someone in its mid 30's to "fall" for an early 20's is more about scratching an itch. This is the reality, even in 2021

zergon May 16 2021 1:47 pm I do understand what everyone is talking about regarding the age gap and the leads's physical difference, however let give it a chance... many times the chemistry between the leads is much different on set than we expect especially that we until now haven't seen the teaser or the trailer.

And please, sometimes love isn't about what WE want it to be, instead it could be unexpected and different. Not everyone's love experience and life fits in the frame the society has set up. In real life not every couple have the best physical chemistry, because what matters is the person's inside and personality.

SO please support them, because I'm sure that they have worked hard (we can later on discuss whether it was actually good or not =)

Even if later, there's love-line between Hyanggi and Daniel and you talk about age, as long as Hyanggi is already at the legal age, that could be okay. @Mounasi was right, we felt just normal with younger actors + older actress. Why? Personally, I think it's because the appearance and the image.

The young actors were indeed dressed and has appearances that more mature than their age, but they looked appropriate. Because of what? because of their image. They have a mature vibe that matches the age of the actresses. And older actresses also tend to look younger than their age and they still look decent.

So the problem is not (just the) age, and not too pervertise anything. It's Hyanggi's image, which is still too "unequal" compared to Daniel, like too far. It might take another year or two for Hyanggi to have a more mature image (not mature role, I'm sure she can do adult role but still, her image can't lie). Sorry not sorry I had to say that Daniel and Hyanggi will look like father / kid or uncle / niece no matter how sophisticated their makeover is.

Let the directors and staff do whatever they want! If there’s a romantic relationship between the main leads here it would indeed be very weird because Hwang gi is very young and the age gap is also very obvious physically. Though I get some people don't like age gaps and what not but how would you know if a story or drama will be good or bad if it wasn't release yet. Remember My Mister? That drama has lots of critics to a point that the lead actress had hesitation accepting the role. I'm not saying this drama will be as good. I will be surprise if it is because that drama is a masterpiece. Also, Kim Hyang-Gi is not a kid she is already 20 she is an adult and also a very good actress so don't be surprised if she will be paired or partnered with veteran or older actors because she can hold her own candle. Let's not put here in our fantasy box. She is one of the actresses that started very young but is very talented.
