Plot
Alisha is a withdrawn 20 year old girl who comes from a wealthy background. She has been traumatized by the long-ago death of her mother in a successful suicide attempt. One day, Alisha notices a good looking young man named Barry outside her window and falls instantly in love. Alisha decides to move into an apartment adjacent to Barry's.
Barry is a struggling writer and lives with his girlfriend Renta. Alisha introduces herself to the couple and gets shown around the apartment complex by Barry. Barry claims to know everything about his neighbors and, in fact, is writing a novel based on their lives. Unfortunately, his novel has been put on hold while Barry awaits for real life events to occur so he can finish the novel. Alisha decides to take action and the lives of all the apartment tenants start to change ...
