Plot
"Dear Heart" is a horror film concerning the after effects of a man who receives a heart transplant. Shinji (Takaaki Enoki) received the heart transplant and afterwards decides to take a vacation with his wife Miwako (Reiko Takashima) to the Mount Takahara. During this trip Miwako becomes horrified by the personality changes in her husband. The couple were not aware that the heart donor was a killer and his madness seems to be slowly awakening within Shinji ....
