Dong-Goo (Jo Dong-Hyuk) works at a job agency. He is threatened by gang members because of his debt. One day, Dong-Goo sees gang boss Ki-Chul (Sung Ki-Yoon) being attacked by other gang members. Dong-Goo then finds a bankbook with one billion won, which Ki-Chul hid. It's Dong-Goo chance to change his life. To find out the pin number for the bank account, he goes out to the country to find Ae-Sook (Hong Ah-Reum). Ae-Sook is Dong-Goo's first love and she knows the pin number, but she is in an unconscious state. He meets Ae-Sook's 10-year-old son Bok-Ki (Jo Won-Bin) and his grandmother Geum-Soon (Lee Yong-Nyeo). Dong-Goo begins to live with Bok-Ki and his grandmother, pretending to be his father.
