Max Apr 06 2021 8:10 am The movie started sad, with a divorce. Then, it showed the lives of father and daughter. Emotional movie...and it seems based on a true story.

Jay Quintana Dec 01 2020 2:41 am A man's wife leaves him. He makes lunches for his high school aged daughter. She meets a boy. He seems nice at first. She graduates from high school. That's pretty much all that happens in this movie. And it's wonderful. I was surprised to learn the lead actor is a hip hop artist. He did a great job playing a nebbish-y guy. Unfortunately, this is the only project he's acted in. Takeda's great, too, but she's more or less playing to type.
