Issei Yasumiya (Kuranosuke Sasaki) works as a chief in the cyber general crime section at the Kyoto Prefectural Police Headquarters. He is knowledgeable about cyber crimes and he has excellent investigative and reasoning skills. He is not interested in power struggles with the police department. Issei Yasumiya leads his team to solve the most difficult cyber related crimes.
