In 2008, President Lee Myung-Bak's administration receives bad press due to a beef import issue. His administration begins to take control over the media. In particular, the administration holds influence over KBS and MBC television networks. The networks carry false reports about the Sewol Ferry disaster in 2014 and also tries to hide the truth behind the Choi Soon-Sil scandal in 2016. Director Choi Seung-Ho tries to reveal the main culprit and accomplices who ruined KBS and MBC for the past 10 years.
