Tsutomu Madarame (Kento Nakajima) is a rookie detective at the #3 investigation section of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. The #3 investigation section deals with minor crimes like theft. Tsutomu Madarame loses enthusiasm for his job.
One day, Tsutomu Madarame meets master thief Garasu Kemuri (Kenichi Endo). Tsutomu Madarame does not know why, but Garasu Kemuri helps him solve cases.
