Plot

A high school girl named Mayumi (Rin Asuka) has acid thrown on her face, by a revenge filled guy who mistakes her for her older sister. Meanwhile, a serial killer terrorizes alumni's at the high school attended by Mayumi.

hooyeah Feb 09 2015 7:07 pm I have been very surprised by the high quality of this movie . The acting is great and the plot is interesting . It's not horror in a usual way . It's more a drama that starts like a romance , but then in about 30 minutes it gets dramatic . Even though I think it's a very good movie , it's not the kind of story I like to watch . So maybe that's the reason why this movie is under-appreciated .

Tricia-chan Nov 09 2011 11:50 pm I don't care what others think - I love this movie more than its predecessor. It shows how cruel life and society can be, and I believe that all the characters are realistic. I judge a movie by its quality, not its scares, which is why I believe that Carved is loved more than Carved 2. Plus, this is based on true events, which makes it even scarier. (Well, probably not the supernatural parts. Then again, the person hasn't been found, so the possibility is pretty creepy.)
