Rookie detective Izumi Sakuragi (Aya Ueto) is assigned to the Special Investigations Office, a newly created office in the Metropolitan Police Department. The Special Investigations Office uses the latest in DNA analysis and forensics science to solve previously unsolved cases and missing person cases.

In the first episode, Izumi Sakuragi and partner Yuki Fukasawa (Tomomi Maruyama) are called to a crime scene where a woman's decayed body is found under a construction site. Clues then lead the team to connect the decayed body with an unsolved ¥3 million robbery case that occurred 10 years ago ...

Mskrider Jan 11 2018 8:47 am I do have to agree that how Aya Ueto's character gets pushed around is a little off putting. But I guess that adds drama to the series. Either that, or it's acceptable to treat rookies like that.

Rainer Dec 10 2014 7:51 pm I really like this show somehow...but...why is she not stopping all the abuse by her colleagues....is this reality in japan ? asian country's ? In japanese dramas it's hitting, in korean dramas kicking, what the hell is up with that, that's physical abuse and if it's a female then possibly sexual harassment/abuse. I mean if I see a coworker hitting a female coworker of us I would break his arm.....
