Plot
So-Jung, a freelance photographer, finds out that she has a critical condition that slowly worsens her eyesight and threatens to eventually leave her blind.
So-Jung returns home for her grandmother’s funeral only to see her family involved in tense arguments. Disappointed and apathetic, So-Jung returns to Seoul.
Afterwards, So-Jung discovers that her photo of “A Smiling Buddha” is out of focus. She realizes that her eye condition has already started to deterioate. Understanding that she may be running out of time, So-Jung decides to learn how to fly an ultra-light plane.
