Plot
Nobuko Oba (Saki Aibu) grew up with loving parents who ran a restaurant serving tonkatsu (breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet). Nobuko loved eating tonkatsu and also cakes. She ate so prodigiously that by the time she was in her early 20's Nobuko weighted 82 kilograms (180lbs)!
After having trouble with personal relationships Nobuko then decided to lose weight. She gave up eating cakes and eventually lost 37 kilograms. Nobuko started to attract the attention of men and also landed her dream job as an editor for a fashion magazine. But, trouble looms for Nobuko after she interviews handsome pastry chef Taiichi Imai (Mokomichi Hayami) and falls in love with him ... and his cakes ...
