Choi Ung (Choi Woo-Sik) and Kook Yeon-Su (Kim Da-Mi) broke up 5 years ago. A documentary they filmed during their high school days becomes popular. They don’t want to, but they have to stand in front of the camera.

Choi Ung seems naive and a free spirited man, but he wants to have something for the the first time in his life. For that, he shows what he holds in his mind. Kook Yeon-Su aimed to become the top student at her school, but she is now an adult who lives fiercely, adapting to her reality.

Lilcole May 23 2022 5:52 am Totally the best drama of the year. This drama totally makes me feel like I've gone through a break up. It's full of happy yet heartbreaking scene of both Yeong Su and Choi Ung. As the story unfold about their break up reason, viewer get to understand and sympathy for both sides. This drama definitely not your usual break up drama. As we're exposed with their relationship, from the very beginning until the end. I, as a viewer, ended up rooting for them along the way. One of the main lesson from this drama is definitely about how important communication is in relationship. How words of affirmation is crucial in keeping the one that you love feel the love that you're giving. Their love story from highschool until work place totally made me giggle and cry on the floor. Their relationship is so pure! Each scene is so fun to watch and heart breaking, as it hits close home. Both Choi Woosik and Kim Dami really portrayed both character amazingly! Give it a watch, you won't regret it!

InsiderFan May 07 2022 8:07 am Our Beloved Summer (OBS), captured my heart immediately; it was just like a best selling book you couldn't put down and had to stay up all night reading and many times over, since! It truly was THAT good! Our Beloved Summer, introduced me to South Korea in a way I hadn’t seen before, while developing and blossoming a true appreciation of its’ beautiful language, culture and history. Thankfully, as a native English speaker, the OBS language barrier was nonexistent by the hard work of several Korean translators (TYVM!). These wonderful translators and others, have now helped me enjoy at least 40 different series in the short time since OBS’s release! Outside of watching the shows, I have spent many hours researching and learning South Korean language, culture and customs and truly appreciate that OBS helped open the door to a whole new world to me. The only downside to OBS, is the fact that it is only 1 season long. It could easily have run for 4 season’s in The United States, if not more! I truly hope Netflix decides to produce OBS, if the original cast and crew are interested in doing so. I did see that Netflix was looking for a Korean Show to back and expand for the American and International market. Hopefully, OBS is chosen, but again, only if the original cast and crew members come back. Below is a list of Kdrama’s and series that I’ve watched so far and my ratings of them. Please take no offense if my ratings don’t match yours, as these are just my opinions/feelings based on my own likes and dislikes. With that in mind, I truly hope that my list (and other’s) helps someone find a new kdrama to love and adore, just as much as OBS!

Pearl May 06 2022 7:08 am @Rima I think it's a live octopus dish called Sannakji. Apparently, Koreans eat raw octopus seasoned with sesame oil. That's why it was moving on the plate. I was surprised when I saw that scene too so I did some research.

Jen Mar 20 2022 2:29 am It's so rare for me to write a review but I will because this drama deserves one. I have watched hundreds of kdrama. I started way back in early 2000 but this one blew me away. It may seem like a simple love story but the execution of the plot was brilliant. This was heartbreaking yet full of fluff and butterflies. It was a roller coaster of emotion. The acting was also great. Cinematography was beautiful. Oh and the soundtrack! It really added to the story. There were times when I felt like my heart would stop. Goodness. What a drama. Thank you to the writer and whole production. I wish I can see this again for the first time.

Dami na shikshik pa Mar 04 2022 10:15 am 9.5/10 for me. Most realistic drama i have seen in a while. Execution of characters are on point! I love the fact that title of each episode has a movie reference. It's simple yet fun to watch, you'll get hooked and you'll find yourself not skipping, unlike other overrated kdrama. And mostly I just super love the OST. Every song suits the vibe of every scene. The only downside of the show is that it will give you a hell of separation anxiety. I finished this Last february 1st and still can't get over it until now. I just love how this drama made me feel.

The first half of the series was fantastic and then the story just fell apart in the second half. It seems like a lot of fluff was added, and the ending was ok. I was expecting more at the end like show the documentary or parts of it. I think that would've been a great ending. But overall, it's an exciting and fun series to watch. 93/100

Enjoying every episode and never get bored of it. This is second time Choi Woo-Shik & Kim Da-Mi shows (the witch part 1) and yeah both of them has top-notch chemistry. meme Feb 06 2022 11:32 pm How to start? I’ve been watching kdrama almost two decades now, dare I say this one really is my most favourite of all time. Me and my partner, we watch it together since the first episode, we thought this is going to be a fun watch (without any expectations) but we didn’t expect to be so immersed especially after episode 6. Literally after that we always discuss about each episode and talk about it. Every Monday and Tuesday these past 2 months were pretty special. We sometimes rewatch random episode of OBS just to reminiscences.

If maturity took such a heavy toll, who would like to become mature?Can't say more as I struggled through it up to ep 11 and skipped the rest to see the happy end, which came as a patch sewn roughly to a long, disrupted, inefficient and seemingly tumultuous relationship. Otherwise, the male lead's presence makes up for the inadequacies of the plot.

Sha Feb 02 2022 11:57 am I’ve been watching kdramas for 14 years and I can proudly say that I have found my perfect lifetime drama(+ WFKBJ but OBS will always be no.1). Everything about OBS is perfect. Sometimes you may find a good drama plot but there was no chemistry among the leads or one/two episodes were good, but then it will get boring after that, but not with OBS. Wooshik and Dami chemistry is top-notch and there were no skipped episodes in OBS.

So, everyone who likes romcom(.....hmmm i guess lol) + slice of life + realistic genre drama please watch it! You will not regret it ^^

Jan Feb 02 2022 6:06 am The perfect healing and maturing kdrama. It depicts young love and youth, but it also shows the process of growing up and how everyone’s journey is different. Everything was displayed beautifully, I loved how their body language was used to portray so much emotion even without saying anything. It was also very realistic, they demonstrated the difficulties of life, including the small things, so accurately (I felt it especially with Yeon-Su’s story). There’s just so much you can take away from this drama, but I will say that it is rare to come across shows like this where you can feel such a deep emotional connection to it, and also feel comforted from it. Anyways, thank you the cast and staff which all did an amazing job of capturing the essence of a story like this so perfectly and bringing it to life <3

Sila Jan 29 2022 2:26 pm Really enjoyed this series, especially Choi Woo-Sik and Kim Da-Mi as the leads. Their romantic chemistry and comedic timing was just right! They were able to convey the inadequacy and awkwardness of youth, and yet were also later able to convey the heartache of missed opportunities and their tender longing for one another.

One thing this drama could have edited out was NJ's character. It became clear about 1/3 of the way into the story that Choi Ung would never reciprocate her feelings. Why was her character kept until the end of the story when it had no impact or contribution to the main storyline????

The directors made it clear that Chae-Ran was Ji-Ung's love interest, so for the second male lead character, NJ was unnecessary as well. It's quite baffling why a character who makes no contribution to any of the other lead characters' story arc is included in the story. ????

Advice to the writers: characters should be written purely to tell a story, not to promote an actor.

Rachel Jan 28 2022 11:09 pm A very sweet drama, but I don’t think you can call it a comedy as it wasn’t at all funny. It was about growing up, healing from life and memories of youth. It was cute and watchable but it needed a bit of dramatic incidents. Well done but not memorable. The great romances had a strong plot line - CLOY, IOKTNBOK, SITR, to name a few, these romances had great stories and beautiful OST. 3 stars.

Putri Jan 28 2022 11:04 am this drama gives me a lot of comfort when watching it, when life is not friendly with me, I am very grateful to the writer, the staff who have worked very well, and also best of the best actors, the emotions conveyed by the characters are conveyed very well. the cinematography is very beautiful and the ost makes our hearts beat faster. as if watching this drama is like a butterfly in the stomach. I don't know maybe I can't move on from this masterpiece. Thankyou our beloved Summer team you guys really do it work so awesome

So far, I have not seen a stronger emotion between the couple in the drama. It is a very nice series. It deserves to be rewarded, and actors are number one for me!

JJ Jan 27 2022 11:12 pm one of the best romcom drama, this drama is more about trauma healing, all 4 adult characters here have their own trauma. In the end, all 4 characters here need to learn how to love and make peace with themselves before love someone else. Also, communication, this drama shows how important communication between couple. And not all generation can relate to the story, moreover for younger generation/teenager.

Then 2..3 good episodes and after that a happy ending in which every character is singing "Hakuna matata" and "Kumbaya". The actors were good and I liked them, but the characters.. Choi Ung was a pussy, Kim Ji-Ung was crying 10 years after a girl... Jung Chae-Ran was crying after a boy that was crying after a girl.. 5 for the story, 9 for the actors...

wiswiswoo Jan 27 2022 9:17 am overall, a pretty enjoyable drama with a light storyline would be better if the romance was a little less and a bit more focused on each characters. despite having a couple characters with different backstory this drama is too focused on ung and yeonsu's relationship which was shown on many episodes and the plot felt kinda slow paced. After watching the last episode, i wish we could know more about everyone's struggles like jiung's past, his mother, ung's dream of studying architecture, and even ungs father. Those would be amazing if it were shown in previous episodes rather than seeing all of it packed in the last episode. even eunho and soli relationship is interesting.

The leads done an excellent job of portraying their characters at each age and their respective highs and lows for each stage. I know I will re-watch this many times and still feel their emotions alongside them. Wish they had of taken a little extra time explaining what happened to the other characters apart the main for the final episode.

Star Jan 26 2022 1:15 pm I cannot get enough of this drama, I Miss It Dearly! If you are looking for a nice and realistic romance, this is it. I love how they also focus on other aspects of life and not just the usual kdrama cliches. I miss them so much, please watch this drama it is worth it!

Also if you finished watching, Read The Webtoon! It basically goes over their high school story. It kinda gives a more in depth view of what they showed in the drama during the flashbacks.

Like how some of us still doesn't know what we want in our lives. How sometimes we can't do what we really want because our situation doesn't allow us to.

Kay Jan 26 2022 7:16 am Really loved .... (past tense) loved this k drama in the early stages. But at some point the story became blah. The drama in the last 2... was meh and almost un need or needed to be brought up a couple of episode before. The rap up episode felt like they were in a rush to end thing with many plot hole still open so let just jam everything in and hope for the very best kinda vibe. The End was played out ( Mini spoiler so look away .... really turn around). Why not look around the corner or that she look over at the alley way that they shot at any way ? and sees him but for Ung to slowly walk to her when he comes back. Blah again. Where was the excitement and chemistry of the first half of the drama. The light hearted bickering, the cute dynamic that they had, and the warm/comforting feel in your gut when you see their obvious love for each other but were too hurt to try again vibe. Sigh (specific spoiler now so run away for real this time) Ji-Ung mom's sickness, Choi -Ung dad half ass emergence, as well as the acknowledgement of Choi Ungs adoption, choi ung going to Paris for architectural school? All really stupidly jammed into the last ep. How does architecture school give depth to Choi Ung drawings and in the end to Choi ung? Why not focus more on his acceptance of his role as a real son to his parents not a replacement. His fear of abandonment which was brushed aside very quickly when he and yeon su got back together. His emptyness is not going to change if he has more precise drawings of buildings right? Nj acknowledgement of his art and how it comforted her was written in a way were you hope that they ended up together at least for me. She was in the last few episodes a scene if not episode stealer it made me think why isn't she the main character love interest or a more relistict one. That aside Choi Ung and Yeon su should have broken up again at Sol yi bar and live separate live for a bit. With Yeon su realization that she was living her best life and not one that she was forced to take to survive. She just had change her mind set to enjoy it. She had life filled with people that love and care for her. A job that she picked not one that would give stability like she wanted or thought she did. It was just she wasn't open to being happy outside her bubble with her grandmother ( open up her shield with anyone but her grandmother, Choi Ung and occasionally Sol yi) that she was unhappy with. Choi ung becoming a full human with the ability to express himself with out fear of not meeting his parents expectations or (living a life that their dead son should have lived) to be greedy, ambitious, and the mc we came to see. 2 year was enough time for that. She could have been enjoy her new found world view as well as coincidentally still help out with the Books with Ung charity because of work and closeness with the family. Then Ung comes back ready to be greedy for more in life and he has to start with her.The book thing could have still worked, he could have come back from his study after he switched over to art school in Paris with a book of Portraits fill with moments in time where he "fell in love with Yeon su" or moments of their love; the assembly, their first kiss, the bus station, the second kiss in the rain. Art that is fill with love not emptyness and buildings. Yeon su I love you, go out with me and never let me go again or something along those lines would have been a better end then following the same trend as marry me. Ps how hard would it have been for kim ji ung to br holding hands underneath the camera angle with Chae ran? That would have closed out his story better the 2 more years of unrequited love from her and his denseness on that fact or she move on with Im-turn and Ji ung is with Nj after yet another documentary on the kpop star. That would have been ok too but the world paused with Choi ung off in Paris and no one else made relationships progress? Not even Sol yi and Eun ho? Lazy writers at the end of Kdrama is this a new trend? All in all after all my ranting the first half of the drama allllll the way untill maybe ep 13 or 14 are something I'd watch again but .... unless they re shoot the end. I'm just going to skip it.

There are some puzzling details about it though... like how could an artist who draws houses or buildings like architects be that rich? I mean, if that's the case, all architects and designers should be filthy rich like him now.

Also, I need to know what happened to the grandma and Ji Ung's mom. Did they die? Why weren't they shown in the ending clips? The short clip of Chae Ran - Ji Ung was also unclear. What was the meaning behind his smile after she confessed? Did it mean he knew or were they already dating? Also, what happened to NJ?

Dimakami Jan 25 2022 11:33 am I just finished the series. The chemistry between the leads was so natural that it feels like they were lovers in real life. All questions were answered in the end. Scars were healed. They move on to be better. This is recommended to those who wanted to be positive in life, love, and the importance of being a friend. I can relate to Ji-Ung, especially when he fell in love with his best friend's crush/soon-to-be girlfriend/girlfriend. That transition was the hardest, it was so awkward. As a good friend, I can just step back and watch. GF can be changed not a good friend.

glen Jan 25 2022 10:36 am I am desperately trying to continue to watch this so called drama. I hate this style of "making a documentary" series. Nothing is happening - there is hardly any conflict. To date we have no reason why the FL's broke up - and quite honestly I don't even care now. Far too many flashbacks - and no progress with the lovers. I expected Mr Kang to show some interest in the heroine by now - spark some jealousy and some excitement - but the lead male is such a weak character - he would probably just fall over. I am pretty sure I won't suffer this for much longer.

Kudos to the screenwriter, director, cinematographer and of course the actors…the character development especially of the main characters is noteworthy. I’ve certainly appreciated Cho Woo-Sik’s many accomplishments but this drama showcased his really exceptional talents as an actor…the cinematographer understood the acting genius in front of him and filmed nuanced portrait after portrait of Choi Woo-Sik. Kim Da-Mi’s versatility as an actress is nothing less than amazing. In reviewing her body of work, I hadn’t realized her many characters I had enjoyed. This drama will be like a fine wine…getting better as you savor it over time…really a quality work created by a quality professional team. I have never been in a romatic relationship before but after watching this drama, I want to have my Choi Ung too. I swear I'll cry when this ends and it is in this week. I was afraid that this might be another extended Netflix original series; maybe in S2, they will come back together after Ji Ung's study in France, and the real love triangle between Choi Ung, NJ, Ji Ung, Chae Ran, and Yeon Su will come out.

I like how this kdrama show even though our significant one is so iimportant ,its not that we can forget our other loved ones, we can grow as a person and in career wise successful too. This drama romance is totally a pure one. Those lead characters are not typical . Both have very much charms. I like specially ung's character his love for simplicity ,yet very concerntrated creative very caring mature yet he has childish side too.

Episode 11 was indeed a revelation this time on why Choi Ung acted the way he did when Yeon Su came back. So the POV development and timing were indeed an ace for this series.

To be honest, I didn’t like Kim Da Mi’s role in Itaewon Class but for MBS, she was perfect. I’m always moved by her acting in this series.

Maybe some people think that the expression of DaMi is flat, but for me DaMi managed to convey the plot of each episode very well. I think both DaMi and Woo Shik convey their feelings through the look in their eyes, and for me that is very touching. So my conclusion is look at the eyes of the two actors in each episode, surely you will be touched and understand the meaning they want to convey. . For me this drama is SUPERB, judging from the story plot, acting and cinematography :)

She came from a poor family, while Ung is from a wealthy family. Financial problems overwhelmed her. She thought getting into a relationship is already a luxury for her, so she had to let him go, and just focused on getting successful. And also, I remember one line from Yeonsu when she said, "It was pride that told me that I can live without him." Anyway, the drama is not yet done. They were still young when they met, so i hope now theyre more mature in handling everything and get back together.

And he's too dense to realize it and she, which I can't understand as she was this confident and outspoken as a teen, not willing to tell him the reason? Why won't she speak up? It's so annoying.

And I think Yeon Su has all the reasons for being insecure, I mean she doesnt have parents, her grandmother used to work as a servant at rich people's house and they have to work so hard to pay for her uncle debts, not to mention that she also being talked behind her back for never treat her friends. Meanwhile, Choi Ung is the opposite. He has his loving parents, they are considered wealthy as they have several popular restaurants in their neighbourhood and he has his loyal friend since the beginning. At one of the flash back scene, Yeon Su also acknowledged to Choi Ung that it was so hard for her to say sorry, as it will make her seems so vulnerable. Think I can relate on her a little. Being open about our vulnerabilities to other people might not easy as it sounds.

As a viewer who has the privilege to see from all perspectives, might be easy for us to see which party (might) be wrong, (might) be right and what they should do instead. However, through this drama, think I just realized that actually all parties are clearly contributing to maintain and worsen the relationship that they have. As they have their own reason for their actions. Which is based on their very limited point of view. This drama is definitely included on my all-time-top-list TV shows. She is what she portrays herself to be on national television. A pretty, selfish human being. People will never know any celebrity personally but if you truly want them to see you as a decent human being, don’t feed in to their wrongful assumptions. Her boldly lying to Yeon Su, that she is seeing Ung, is the exact reason why people dislike her. The guy has dropped many hints that she is not interested in her, in that manner but being a “love sick puppy” she is using it to her advantage to enforce her emotions clearly knowing that Yeon Su still has feelings for Ung. I can’t stand mischievous women like her. She deserves to be happy but not someone as kind as Ung. I can’t stand the pathetic role of NJ. You better gear up Yeon Su and claim your man. All that lost boy need is reassurance and confirmation that you will not abandon his ass and make him go thru such painful experience again. Don’t be ashame to show him your weak side and beg him if you must. I believe by being friends, they would find chances to express their feelings and say what they need for each other. That is the "plan". So stop crying as a baby viewer. klim Jan 03 2022 6:58 pm After watching episode 9, i'm temporarily dropping out. the story is too realistic for comfort. Both of them have flaws and both of them contributed to the breakup. They just need closure now. Choi Ung, despite his good character makes a bad call of asking to be friends with Yeon Su. He acts jealous, he tries to keep her from going away before he kissed her... holding on to her hand while pretending to be asleep, then he kissed her with longing and passion. Then all of a sudden coming to conclusion that yup, don't want to get hurt again so i'll offer friendship. That is in a way quite selfish. You want to keep her in your life, knowing she still has feelings for you... just let her go. Tell her you got hurt when she left you, get your closure and let her go if you have no intention of dating her. You should have NEVER kissed her again or say you ARE jealous of the men around her. Don't confuse her. Period. On the other hand, Yeon Su, I'm glad you finally acknowledged your feelings. I am siding with her because of personal reasons. I understand how at the start you were confident that you wont fall in love with him again, but spending lots of time together crumbled your resolve. Plus his unintentional baiting of holding on to you, saying he is jealous, acting up at times, totally confusing you with his behavior. ?You should have not accepted the friends offer and walked away. I don't believe that you could be friends at this stage. I'm scared that they wont be the endgame because i watch kdramas for the escape from the reality about relationships, and i want them to get back together with a mature mindset this time. But If they dont get back together i hope they dont hurt yeon su anymore. She has a lot in her plate. And for ung i sincerely hope he gets over his trauma of being left behind. I'm rooting for all the characters except for a certain character.... this last episode for me is really sad. anyways i'll come back and watch the last episode later. this is just my opinion. Tbh, apart from their highschool days, I don't think there was any other scenario where YS was being "rude" to anyone. She might have been a bit harsh towards Ung, but Ung wasn't any kinder to her either. He also said and did some pretty harsh things, especially with the salt and all.

Also, YS prefers being alone and keeping to herself. That doesn't count as being rude. I think the main point of this drama is to prove that no body is perfect. You can't expect her to act like an angel just because she's the main character. The message is that anyone can be loved no matter how flawed they are. Ung loved her for who she was and he even said she showed him a side that people never knew of. And just like you mentioned, a lot of people, especially her classmates misjudged her without getting to know her better.

I'm truly sorry for misjudging by saying you wouldn't understand if you've never been poor. Remember that YS was a teenager at that time, you don't expect teens to act mature all the time. And there was obviously some growth in her character when she got older.

I really hope you would get to understand her character more. I'm sure SBS has a lot for us in the upcoming episodes...

Technically speaking, the storyline, screenplay, script, visuals, and color grading are all just perfectly well made! Not to mention, Choi Woo Sik and Kim Dami perfectly portrays their respective characters down to their emotions, which is one of the greatest strengths of this drama. These roles were made for them!

In terms of screenplay and storyline, I love how the director shows the perspectives of each character. In addition, I really enjoy watching the epilogs as it shows me the other side of the story. The topics being discussed here such as lack of communication, inferiority complex, etc are all very relatable issues in relationships, which gave me closure as an audience.

I'd also like to mention the soundtracks. They made such a great choice with the soundtrack as I feel that it supports the drama and the feelings the drama intends to portray.

Yes, OBS deserves all the positive feedback it's getting and I didn't say that I don't like the drama. It's just the character of YS that's making it hard for me to watch since I am not fond of seeing people be rude to others especially if it's uncalled for. Because I believe, like what I said in my previous comment, that you should treat others how you want others to treat you. If you've treated people in a bad way before, then there's a high possibility that the mistreatment will return to you. ;)

Majority of poor people have the biggest pride. The only thing they can hold on to is their pride because they know they don't have anything to offer, so they have to put up a strong impression in order not to be looked down on. And if you really focused on the drama, you would really understand her character. She acts tough and indifferent, but she's really suffering inside. And did you see that scene in their high school about her "friends" talking about how she always receives but has nothing to offer them. That's why she cut them off and stopped making friends. If you don't like the drama, that's okay, it's your opinion, but OBS definitely deserves all the positive feedback it's getting online. This is by far one of the best dramas I've seen.

The actors have sooooo much chemistry together and y'all did great in acting. The storyline are the bestttt. But what I like the most is that the drama has a unique cinematography, it really feels like I'm in a summer with a cool atmosphere and I'm having my very first shot of coffee. I'll be back here again when I finished the drama. I will sip my coffee now and wait for my therapy session next week. This drama is the therapy❤❤❤❤

I totally love this drama plus Da-mi's acting is so good and her looks here is so refreshing. I can relate to Yeon-su in many ways. Woo-shik's vibe is so cool compare to his previous characters. He is totally hitting the male lead era!

I watched Sung-Cheol in Do You Like Brahms. Why does his character always miserable. I want to comfort his character Ji-Ung. Jeong -Eui as NJ, so nice look. I almost didn't recognize her. She's my fave character Shi-Ah in 18 Again and was hoping she will lead in a Kdrama. Way to go, at least 2nd female lead! Next time she will be the female lead. :)

Add also V's Christmas Tree as one of the OST. This drama is so close to perfection.

But, since it almost 11 years, means half of my life enjoying to criticize a movie and drama. I can see their bright future in this entertainment. Kim Da Mi and Choi Woo Shik. They seems a fresh look, for a future actor and actress. They act so well and i love how they potrayal the character. Even, their chemistry give a natural and comfortable way to look. This drama is so unic too, looks simple yet so meaningfull. I can see the plot twist in Choi Woong character, how Yeon Su fight for life and other cast give a good impact. The rom-com and youth genre is a right choice for them. It's kinda close to genre Slice of life actually. The director pick a great cast!! I really appreciated them for real. Sorry for my bad english, I hope u guys enjoy and appreciated this drama very well too❤?.

The chemistry between main leads is superb. Choi Woo Sik is an excellent actor for sure, he can play an innocent and pitty young man very well. I'm impressed when his hand was shaking drawing for almost 95 hours and the look that he was very tired when Yeon Su came by. The story was well written. I also cried everytime Yeon Su struggling with her financial. I wish Yeon Sun and Choi Ung can have a happy ending. The deserve to be together and be happy. 5 years ago they were only young and didn't know how to protect their relationship.

I thought it would be a boring drama but I really found myself anticipating for the next episodes. Now, I'm hooked! I loved all of the character's portrayal. I liked Kim Da Mi more here than in Itaewon Class and I think she and Choi Woo Shik have better chemistry. Perhaps because they had a movie together before (which is Totally Different from Our Beloved Summer LOL!) I'm always rooting for them to get back together in this drama.

The acting first off is phenomenal - they show so much through just their eyes alone and the way they portray different sides of the characters is so natural. Seriously, the actors are amazing!

The storyline and writing are also really great so far - I love how the plot has been progressing each week and how we slowly get to piece the full story by seeing everyone's different POV. I really think the way they structure the episodes is super cool and unique - a mix of documentary, flashbacks, present moment, different POV, etc. The cinematography is also great!

Overall, there are moments where it's fun and light, while others are more hard-hitting and realistic. There might be moments where the characters come off as annoying, but I think each one is written really well and will appear more realistic/fleshed out with each episode. Also, the ost hits so hard when it's played! The drama isn't super packed with action, it's more of like slice of life I guess, but there's always a good amount of information that's revealed/events that happen each week so it always feels like the storyline is moving. Honestly, I look forward to this every monday and tuesday, and I'm so sad when it's over lol, but I really recommend it!

It's about reuniting and reconnecting with the person who used to be so important person of your life and you suddenly have to break his heart because of your own shts and pride. It reminds me of my past life decisions - the reason why I can totally relate and feel sadness with this drama. This drama is so good, everything is on point. If you are experiencing a personal problem.. talk to anyone.. talk to your significant other and do not put him down and blame everything to him. A good communication is the key, do not give up easily. Talk to him, tell your stories.. not until you will regret it.

I hope they will still end up being together. CWS's character is so pure and soft, I hope to see him happy in the next episodes

jiwoong told chaeran that when they're in high school, he has always been the observer. in that scene when woong and yeonsu kissed (?) in the rain, jiwoong was there. in the still cuts for episode 5, jiwoong was also in the entrance ceremony but we only saw woong and yeonsu. does it mean that he also likes yeonsu? i mean yknow... he witnessed them both kissing (?) and was caught on camera that's still rolling. woong was the first one to confess and of course being his friend, he just prolly let them be happy and continue with his life. idk maybe im just overthinking jdjdjsjsj anyways i hope he would also have his happy ending... with chaeran please?

I hope they both end up together in the end, as much as the two other potential romance options (Mr. Jang and NJ) would probably be better suited to the two main characters I'm still rooting for them to get back together instead.

The chemistry between the cast especially the main couple is no joke. Wooshik and Dami are two of the most talented actor and actress there is. Now I can't wait for Mondays and Tues to come.

Kim Da Mi and Choi Woo Shik do an outstanding job portraying both innocent high school loveline and the mature timeline. Somehow, I can picture where the story is headed, but I can't wait to see both the leading actor's acting and interpretation of the story. Their chemistry is really fun to watch, and the cinematography is also beautiful. I am looking forward to it!
