Due to a misunderstanding, Lee Soo and Kyung Woo-Yeon have held a crush on each other for over 10 years.

Lee Soo works as a photographer and he is attractive. Kyung Woo-Yeon works as a calligrapher. She has had a crush on Lee Soo for the past 10 years, since she was 18 years old.

Zoe Dec 26 2020 7:10 am I came to look for comments and it looks like I'm not going to continue with this drama. Its so frustrating to watch her pine and cry over him for 10 years. Pathetic. Its not cute or lovey, its pathetic. She keeps blaming her heart and her feelings but it has been TEN YEARS. Frm 18 to 28. I'm embarrassed. Surely she's grown out of her teenage dreams and become more responsible. She is a grown taxpaying woman. Stopping at episode 2 because her childish behavior is annoying. Script is trash.

hanna Dec 22 2020 12:18 am I don't think "rom-com" suits for this drama...i don't see funny scene at all. It's more melodrama because how complicated the main couple's relationship. Even the second couple also had complicated story (except jinjoo & sanghyuk).

Dee Dec 02 2020 2:40 pm Second lead syndrome on 100...!!! The male lead is not a jerk for rejecting Woosyun. He is a jerk for rejecting her but still expecting her to act as though the kind things he does for her does not stir her feelings. And when he sees another man around her, he starts to "develop" feelings. He should’ve given her the space she wanted after he rejected her or not reject her in the first place if he wasn’t sure. The writer-nim keeps inserting these excuses of why he behaves so poorly towards everyone around him and it’s just not convincing. I think I will give up on this drama before I even finish it. The story is annoying. It’s so annoying to watch the female lead always make the wrong choice. This is frustrating...!!!

MeiJan Dec 02 2020 9:43 am It's a Rom-Com but not actually funny. And the script isn't well written at all, dialogues seem somewhat awkward. The director saved it a bit by making the settings pretty.

m Nov 30 2020 3:35 am All My POVs About This Drama- wooyeon's character here is the worst oh my god im so mad tbh, and her friends too. why did they even hate lee soo? because he rejected wooyeon? OFC He Wold Reject Someone Who He Doesnt Life. its plainly obv that ppl made LS the bad guy when KWY herself was so so so selfish and frustrating. coming to the 2nd lead OJS, he was a good character at the start but it become very uncomf when he kept following her everywhere. also, KWY didnt even clarify it to anyone that she was the one who ended the relationship not LS, that was soooo toxic omg and her friends again kept on making LS the jerk. hyunjae was the only mature and sane character here. dealing with younghee mustve been a mess ugh she again is so selfish and sees nothing wrong in it. anyways i rate it a 7/10 storyline and script was bad but the casts acting and quality was really good.

I just waited to see how things were gonna turn up for them.. Episode 14 tho.. ㅠㅠ.. Errgh. #NoComments. I'd rate this 6/10. It's a nice one, and it's almost like any other melodrama. M here still waiting for a turn of events tho. Hope to see both leads in other genres like romcom, action, fantasy, sci-fi and the rest. 'At Eighteen' was also almost a melodrama. I love OSW's smile.. I hope to see them more often, rather than the ice-prince look.. For the SYE... I've seen her other two dramas too.. She's new so please cut her some slack.. If you have a problem, try acting and see how 'easy' it is (NOT)

Please be a male lead next time Kim Dong Joon. I dont have against Ong Seung Wo, i cant blame him why he denied his feelings he was traumatized with his parents relationship. I want the KDJ get the girl though, he so deserve it. Only my opinion.

I think the casts will be more suit for rom-com youth drama.. SeongWu yaa, I will give a try for your future dramas, hope you will grow amazingly... But please also, choose better script next time..

So I must say that I have to drop this kdrama on eps 12. Too much drama that I can't handle. I feel sorry for myself that you have to watch this kdrama and have to drop it on eps 12, which is too long haha. I don't recommend this kdrama.

Lee Soo has been hurt by his dysfunctional family, ultimately hurting his friend, Kyung Woo-Yeon. Much of the story is realistic-hurt people hurt people. What is not realistic is how someone who is clearly rejected clings to a person for so long. Perhaps if she would have stepped back and moved on with her life sooner, it would not have taken so long to win Lee Soo's heart.

I was really surprised while reading comments and seeing how so many people didn't like it. I get why a lot of people's blood is boiling while watching but I personally like the story line. It is very realistic and isn't one of those "fairytale" dramas. The only parts I really hated was when she was with the CEO; it really was kinda annoying even though it was part of the plot. I am just anticipating Lee Soo's ex coming back to Korea, I really hope no big misunderstanding arises, because that will make me pretty annoyed. I can't wait for the subs of ep. 12 to come out because I'm hella excited. In conclusion, this drama is one of my favorites. The plot may be not liked by everyone but I still love this drama.

I have watched all of her dramas and she has different roles from "A-Teen, He is Psychometric, Meow the secret boy, and this More than friends." She has given justice to all of her Characters. Shin Ye Eun's acting here like shes not showing other emotions because that is the personality of Kyung Woo-Yeon. Periodt. If you havent watched her other dramas, then you wont understand what she is trying to portray in her every role. Shin Ye Eun Fighitng!

Tiffany Nov 02 2020 5:11 am From my point of view this drama is good. I don’t think this is a toxic relationship. They just didn’t get the right timing. If i were KWY, i would do the same. I would think that LS suddenly wants me because he was jealous and didn’t want me to date anyone. So its the same with her, cause she doesn’t know what LS did in high school, he did sweet things only towards her. But because of his family problem, he built a wall against her and eventually realized it when its too late. In this condition, its very normal for KWY to act like that. Can’t wait for the next episodes!

I dont care about the drama, it's poorly written. And main characters are annoying af.

Seongwu is a great actor. The emotions he portrays..... such a wasted potential. See you in better a drama/movie.

Unfortunately WY is the only one I care for (and side characters) that girl needs to get far away from both guys and learn to live by herself. I don't get why she has to be in a relationship. They all need to stop pining after eachother and "just live a good life" as WY said. I also can't understand how many of the audience dislike Joon soos behaviour but always justify Lee soos. Both male leads are acting exactly the same right now (only past is diff) so how's one justified but the other isn't? They've each had their fair share of stalking and tricking so...

How if, their relationship not going well and both of them hurt each other. Thats why, he reject her. Then lee soo realized that he really really like woo yeon.

Woo yeon already loves soo for 10 years, she trying hard to forget him but she can't. Its not easy for you to forget someone, even jon soo 'the perfect man' can't make woo yeon forgeting soo. It is toxic love or destiny or true love ?

Jon soo already know that woo yeon love soo very much but still, he trying to win woo yeon heart.

No logic in love, lee soo being a jerk because he does't want to leave woo yeon. woo yeon being a stupid because she can't forget soo, and jon soo being a pathetic man.

But, thats the point. The drama showing us, love its not easy. Cinderella meet the prince and then happy ending. The drama show us how lee soo, woo yeon and jon soo realized their true feeling.

This drama is so cliche judging by early episodes and trailer. Ughhh the stereotype that woman likes to be ignored or given a cold shoulder really does tick me off.

what to binge watch... Oct 31 2020 3:29 am I really like this drama and also the cast but I also agree with the others here which is #SecondLead, lol. The plot is nice and all but I think they should just change it up a "bit", instead of having the plot to just make the ML be a cold jerk bcs of what happened to him in the past and reject the girl (FL) who cares and loves him the most to get heartbroken but then in the end they just end up with each other; to the FL learns to move on and learned how to fall in love again and be grateful knowing that she can be happy and feel loved without him. Even if she doesn't end up with the SL but just learned to focus and love herself more, do what she wants and what she loves to do... Idk I think it would kinda be a better message??? idk but it would have that sense of you can move on, be happy and dont let anything hold you back even if it was 10 years of unreqruited love, moving on is possible. Anyways, no hate intended, it's just my opinion.

But when lee soo is sad for being abandoned after hes make everyone confuse and even make kwy and ceo have a difficult time in dating the director made it look like the other was in the wrong. I repeat it lee soo is a jerk for being like that. Just because he has a handsome face doesnt mean this a right thing to do. Rejecting someone that sincerely in love with you two times and somehow fall in love with her when she is finally move on and having a good life. Im sorry but i really cant tolerate this. Just put yourself in kwy life. This is not a joke. This is seriously hurt. And somehow you still have some feel left for him. So what, should this drama end with lee soo. If this a realistic drama lee soo should really have left alone. Just because you have a really handsome face doesnt mean you can control one heart when you want. This is seriously irittating me when the director is focusing only lee soo dispair after kwy rejected him.

The second lead guy is very handsome and he looks good with the FL too which makes it really difficult to see him get heartbroken, But, I think that the relationship of the main lead couple is deeper and more sincere. I know that the main lead guy was really annoying and rude to her but deep inside him, he actually cares deeply for the girl. He doesn’t show it to her but he protects her discreetly and sincerely. He’s a broken guy and never had a happy life with his parents growing up. He didn’t believed that love can be lasting and real because of his painful memories of seeing his parents fighting all the time. He was already in love with her for a long time but the realization of it didn’t happen instantly. He thought he was just caring for her as a friend. I think this was the reason why he rejected her. He didn’t know his true feelings for her but then he kept on wanting to see her. I think their relationship as friends gave them an edge over the other relationship because they are comfortable being together. The second lead is too perfect and nothing wrong with that but love doesn’t have to be perfect and that’s why I am rooting for the main lead couple. Some people think of him as abusive. I don’t think he is. I think he cares deeply for her and would do anything to regain her trust and love. The girl knows who she loves. It’s not the perfect face or perfect personality that will sweep her off her feet. It’s just simply loving the person for who he/she is. She fell in love with him knowing his good and bad side. I think it’s more realistic and I hope the love they have for each other would grow. If the girl ends up not getting swayed by the ML guy then she is really in love with the second lead. But the thing is she continues getting confused because deep inside she still longs for him. She needs to be 100% over her feelings towards the ML guy before she could fully love the CEO. It’s realistic. It’s like a no brainer that she should stay with the CEO but her heart just couldn’t lie. I love her friendship with the ML guy and I love that now both of them are truly honest with their feelings. It’s just a matter of making a decision and moving forward or continue getting confused until it becomes too late again. I love how the writer complicates the story but it’s moving and makes you want to think which one really is the best choice. Is it the perfect guy or the guy who is full of imperfections but connects more to your heart? Perfection is not everything. Love is what wins in the end. I hope it ends well and with the main lead couple finally being together and happy. I am hoping for a happy ending for these two leads. This is 10 stars for me.

You Are Great In Your Own Way Oct 28 2020 8:29 am Though I know why most people love second lead, I think Lee Soo is good in the way he is, and that's life and growth. If everything goes perfectly, then there won't be any more drama. Likewise, CEO is great, but way too perfect. Lee Soo is good in his own way, and sometimes it's painful to watch. For me, even if the plot is cliche, I don't mind at all because I just like the plot as it is, and I'm sure there are people who like to watch this kind of story. So, I'm still gonna be so excited for it, and Im still gonna stick with my root for Lee Soo^_^

They make this kind of characters look attractive and when they are cold to the girl, it makes it look romantic when they act cold to the girl. lmao its so cliche. Plot is same as many other kdramas. I really wanted to watch for dong jun:(

There was a flashback in the latest episode, where we saw him (possibly) having a crush on the girl. And he always protected her from bullies and always cheered her up (except for the bathroom fight). He probably tried to let go of his feelings for her during his stay in america, thus becoming friend like the time he went to korea the second time. He fell in love with her again after working together with woo yeon, this time, realizing that his cowardice led to woo yeon distancing herself from lee soo. So I would't really call him stupid. But a coward, since he judges things from observations (his parents), not experience.

However, here is what appears to be the same, tired storyline of a nice girl hopelessly attracted to a "bad" boy and, so far, has little interest in a nice guy who happens to be a intelligent, compassionate executive(a rarity in K-dramas). The "bad" boy comes from a dysfunctional family? So what? I know several people who rose above seriously horrid family lives to be warm, modestly successful individuals with normal families. Now that Kyung Woo-Yeon has shown some weak resistance, he wants to be with her? Typically selfish and narcistic. If I was her BF I would tell her to grow some steel in her spine and dump the toxic relationship before it becomes s possessive one. I will continue to watch because of Shin Ye-Eun and throw a soft sponge at the screen whenever the "bad" boy shows up.

I'm a fan of shin yeeun since A-Teen and I missed her so much and I am so proud to see her gros as an actress and can't wait to see her improve even more. waiting for the next episodes is big torture for me though...

Love the part when they're were doing laundry, just wanted them to kiss in that instant!! But male lead backstory is too little, hoping to see more of it to know why he reject the female lead. The dialogues are very well-written though.

Ong seongwu and shin ye eun's acting are good. Their lines delivery are so good. I just hope through the middle episode we will get a real climax that will keep people interested in this drama.

But I really adore the second guy and would love wu yeong to end up with him, I want Lee soo to keep true being just friends. Wu yeong oh jung so are a perfect fit... Although its quite obvious that Lee soo behavior is due to his childhood, I sense his character as a very sensitive person. So if he can believe wu yeong would always be there, he might start chasing her. Now am having second male lead syndrome ?

Also if the lead rejects the female lead twice he should give up on seeing her...show some dignity for the female lead to carry on....get yourself a new girlfriend ..if not let her fall in love with someone else who is worth the affection. There is lot to be shown & can be written about the love between 2 people...example crash landing on you.....it shows how 2 people who love each other overcome the odds. love triangles not worth watching.
