Plot
"Mission Sex Control" is set in 1971, when the South Korean government attempted to curb population growth, which they feared would impede their economic growth. In a small rural village where the fertility rate is unusually high, family planning officer Hyun-Joo (Kim Jung-Eun) arrives to promote the use of contraceptives and survey the villages nighttime activiites.
Hyun-Joo finds her task difficult as she is herself a single woman with little sexual experience. Hyun-Joo then enlists the help of local village leader Suk-Gu (Lee Beom-Soo) to aid her quest to curtail the high fertility rate in the village and, in fact, achieve 0% birth growth rate. Of course appointing Suk-Gu as her aide causes more turmoil in the village and the President is soon to arrive for inspection ...
