Kim Yo-Han (Kang Ha-Neul) works as a judicial apprentice. He is deliberate in his actions and holds a poker face. Kim Yo-Han conducts an insider investigation. He becomes involved in an unexpected case. This leads to Kim Yo-Han becoming a prisoner. He struggles to hold a card to change his fate in prison.

Amanda M. Jul 31 2022 11:03 am I liked the drama. I give it 9/10. Writing is very ambitious and story is non-linear (e.g. the films Memento and 21 Grams). It also has editing problems, IMO. The show has a lot of graphic violence in the beginning and maybe slow-paced to some because of the card games. However, I loved it for the story line and acting. Kang Ha-neul and Lee You-young are magnificent. I liked LYY acting here, subtle but effective. KHN proves he's quite a talent (the show has no romance, may be disappointing to some). It has a phenomenal supporting cast: actors from Stranger, Beyond Evil, When the Camellia Blooms, Squid Game, etc. Please watch it so we can have a Season 2!

@BOO , if yanghwa was dead there would have been no witness/someone to testify about yoon byungwooks crimes.

thats why yohan listed to seunghwan when he was dying to try and save yangjoon in order to get yanghwa on his side.

in the end yanghwa spilled everything about byungwook bc in the end yohan tries to save his brother yangjoon. i also think yangjoon told smth to yanghwa before he died but we dont know what, so.. in the end yanghwa sides with yohan bc what else can he lose.. hes lost his brother who is literally this mans whole life.. so ya..

The plot of Insider is so interesting and kept me hooked till the very end. All the actors have done a brilliant job especially Kang Na Neul.

Also, I hope Jang Sun-O gets to be in the main spotlight of the story as well because he is adding such a nice and refreshing element to this very dark story.

However, Kang Ha Neul who always acted very well and met Kang Young Seok in the story characters made the drama Insider very interesting to watch, they managed to stand out with their respective roles, a very good collaboration. look natural with the characters they display. I think I'm really looking forward to Kang Young Seok with a role like this, a role that makes Jang Sun O charismatic ^^ and for Kang Ha Neul as usual, it's really amazing!

Kool Jun 19 2022 5:38 am Beyond evil's 2 cast members are there too. I really like the acting of the guy playing jang sun ho, remember that ceo in military doberman who helps female lead? Who could have believed his acting could be so good in this show plus hes good looking too. I wait for his scenes to come n obviously kang ha neul is very awesome as always. The drama is as such its not romance or comedy its mystery,thriller and it can be boring but if it works for you,you wouldnt get bored at all. I believe it's a great show and theres hell lot of hard work gone into it specially in action scenes where kang ha neul takes beating, it's not easy doing those scenes. I hope he stays safe while filming.

Loco Jun 16 2022 10:41 am Idk but I find it really boring. The story doesn't look new though kang ha neul really portrait well yohan. I'm really happy for his cb but the story is really frustrating.

1. When in prison it's common that there's a lot of thug that bully you, harm and do things brutal but it's repeatable like how many in episodes? Lol.

2. I'm really fond of lee yoo young because she really did great in "your honor" drama but her character here is really lame. It's sad that she keeps pursuing drama that's not give much story or exposure.

3. At first episode I can sense that if a lot of people interact with the main role means they are the villain/antagonist

4. Insider title doesn't fit well as the scenario and the set is more on "gambling, casino" i really fast forward the episodes because it's really common script.

5. I'm done with 2 episodes. I hope kang ha neul will turn back into light as he's one of my faves.
