Emiri Yoshii (Emi Takei) begins work at a general trading company. Due to her family's failure in business, she had to give up her dream of earning a MBA in America. Now, she hopes to become an executive of a company. Emiri is sent to the general affairs department at the trading company. She freaks out when she learns that lower level employees have to wear uniforms and she has to deal with everything from changing light bulbs to ordering business cards. Nonetheless, she works hard to pay off her family's debt.

Emiri then finds herself in the crosshair of coworkers. Senior female employees are perturbed that she doesn't drink coffee with them and skips their gatherings.

Meanwhile, the male employees like working with her, but only when they need an attractive women for matters like entertaining clients. The male employees do not give her serious work.

Emiri, who appears popular among the male employees, soon becomes an outcast among the senior female employees. She becomes fed up with her situation and takes action.

Isadora Lim May 29 2016 4:12 am Am from Philippines...and when this episode started last week here, I couldn't wait for the episode 2...Sad to say I have to wait anther week for the episode to be shown..I have been a fan of Emi since I saw her Clover movie. I could not get my eyes off her simple yet attractive beauty. I've always been somehow drawn to Japanes culture especially watching manga episodes. I even named my 3 kids for a Japanese paired as well in English name...They are Yoko Ira, Yuki Zen and Yoshi Kim...that's why I love more watching age harassment coz of the name she used. Emi, for me you're a great actress...There will be more movies, dramas you will be doing. Keep up the good work.

terran Oct 04 2015 5:14 am it is a good drama for emi-chan to showcase her beauty, and just enough lines for her to deliver comfortably without being too taxing on her acting chops. it has a lively cast, but the jealous boss character is a bit questionable. she is too haggard looking to be competiting with emi for the same guy, at least not convincingly.... the story is episodic that focuses on different character within the company with the jealous boss and gossipy coworkers forming the antagonistic environment around emi-chan. much enjoyable viewing, surprise there isnt more fanfare for the drama.

A Jun 20 2015 3:04 pm to be honest.. this one remind me (vaguely tho) of something. whether it's a book or a drama too, ofc not this "Age Harassment" one I am sure. where the main character position where like Emi Takei's character.

She's free. She worked in a company. Wore a uniform (which she actually not like). In the company to she need to pour down the coffee for the male worker as in the company male employees have higher status than the females. And she need to entertaint the business client too....

Although in this one she ended up being a prostitute. And the story is darker than this one... But the basic really resemble with each other. How.. come I forgot when I read it just a few days ago.
