Ayaka Goma (Nao Matsushita) works as a police sergeant. One day, a demonstration is held and a hostage situation occurs at Shinsekai Finance. Someone calls the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. The caller demands that Ayaka Goma come to the demonstration site as a negotiator.
