King Yejong (Lee Sun-Kyun) is smart. Even though he is a king, he tries to expose cases by himself. He has Yi-Seo (Ahn Jae-Hong) who is in charge of of historical records. King Yejong gives him a hard time due to Yi-Seo doing stupid things.

A strange rumor spreads in Hanyang. King Yejong senses that there is something to the rumor. King Yejong and Yi-Seo try to uncover the truth of the strange rumor.

Based on comic "Imgeumnimui Sagunsoocheob" by Heo Yoon-Mi (published from 2012 to 2013 in magazine Wink).

Casting 2023 POV Aug 24 2023 8:30 am since Mask Girl just released, wow the casting in this is superb.

One of my pandemic watch and about to rewatch, i remember being smitten when Jung Haein appeared, like a knight in sageuk robes, and even before he appeared I already love the film, the dynamic of King Yejong and Yiseo is amazing. Hilarious movie.
