Choi Sun-Man (Ryu Seung-Ryong) runs a small machine company. Ko Baek-Joong (Ahn Jae-Hong) works there as a staff intern. He has a crush on Choi Sun-Man’s daughter Choi Min-A (Kim You-Jung). One day, a machine is delivered to their company office. Choi Sun-Man and Ko Baek-Joong assume that the device is to relieve fatigue that was sent by PhD Choi. It was originally scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Meanwhile, Choi Min-A visits her father’s office to drop off sweet and spicy fried chicken. Choi Min-A sees the machine that was delivered and decides to try it out to relieve her fatigue. She gets into the machine, but she then turns into a piece of sweet and spicy fried chicken.Choi Sun-Man and Ko Baek-Joong struggle to bring her back to human form.

irish Jun 22 2024 3:45 pm I watched this because of kim yoo jung but ended up being disappointed. It took me 3 days to finished it despite having 10 eps with 30 mins running time only. Wasted my time on this one

Kc May 22 2024 3:59 am Watch this drama because of Jinyoung. Every episode only 30min, can finish in a day. Story line is absurd, quite funny, the acting are good, but I think too much vulgarities. 6/10

Kin Apr 26 2024 12:24 am This show is for someone who enjoys absurd things. I read the webtoon and found it quite fun and absurd. I was surprised they made this into a series lol. Overall, I enjoyed it and had a hearty laugh at the absurdist elements. Translating it from webtoon to film brought some new aspects to appreciate. Too bad it received poor ratings, though that seems unavoidable for a story that goes against the mainstream.

I’m not surprised that it didn’t fare well in the top 10 (in the world) of watched shows compared to most Kdramas released by Netflix. It’s not only weird, it’s bad. The actors were just wasted on this series. They deserve better. Imagine Kim You Jung did great in My Demon, and then this crap? Do not recommend this to anyone who is just starting to immerse themselves into Korean dramas. 0/10.

otherwise this show is odd and dumb (but in a great way); it's kinda like korean 'tim and eric's awesome show great job!' but it's definitely its own thing and the production values are about 900% higher. the director and maybe 90% of the cast are from "be melodramatic" and the references to that show are some of the funniest parts if you've seen it (highly recommended).

i'd actually love to see more shows like this from korea as they do weirdness very, very well when given the chance.

Hjartao Mar 27 2024 8:48 pm This is one of the funniest shows I've watched in a long time! Maybe it's because I watch tons of dramas, but all of the jokes made sense to me. The scene where Baek-joong is 'helping' beat up the kid, and Min-ah shows up had me laughing again and again. It was a perfect comedy that never takes itself too seriously, with an awesome range of cast as well! I'd love to watch more like this.

hanae Mar 27 2024 6:52 pm I watched this drama with a friend as a joke and even tho our expectations were low, it couldn't even reach that. Too talented of a cast to be playing in a drama like this. Production was good too but just the storyline was so weird... things would never make sense and the final plot was just so cliché. If u wanna watch something where you would need to scratch the back of your head the whole time, I guess I would recommend this drama.

NS Mehlian Mar 24 2024 11:44 am When not taken seriously, is a decent watch with some funny absurdities now and then. Pacing is a bit draggy, could have been fewer episodes. Plot is enjoyably silly but doesnt feel strong enough to carry lore scenes. It's not a masterpiece, but good enough for some brain-off humor

SY Mar 21 2024 9:48 pm I have to say this is not my cup of tea. It’s so weirdly done. I don’t get their funny parts at all. They made the main characters look like they have psych probs. But to be fair, I only finished the first episode but don’t plan to finish the entire drama so I don’t know if it’s gonna get any better. The first episode didn’t give me enough interest to continue.

deana Mar 17 2024 6:24 am if you have some free time and you don’t know what to do, you should watch this drama. but my honest opinion, i won’t rewatch for the second time even though the storyline is quite confusing. at first i watched with normal speed but then i used 2x speed because it’s quite slow and they keep dragging until the very end. however, this drama is quite unique actually.

Very, very funny but I cried also. Fun to see so many actors that I have seen in other dramas and loved the references to Be Melodramatic, another comedy that I loved and written and directed by the director of Chicken Nuggets. 10 short episodes and worth every minute.
