A mass killing takes place in broad daylight at a restaurant. A middle aged man appears in CCTV footage of the restaurant. He appears to slash people to death, but he doesn't have anything in his hand. The police are left speechless by the inexplicable and indiscriminate scenes captured by the security camera. While investigating the case, they find out that the suspect's name is Taro Yamada (Jiro Sato). When the police goes to Taro Yamada's home address, they find the body of a decomposed woman.
