Park Hee-Tae (Ryu Deok-Hwan) was the winner of a quiz show for smart kids and received national attention. He is now a transfer student at prestigious Seoul National University. He carries a complex that he isn't like the others, because of his transfer status. Park Hee-Tae meets Yeom Ki-Ho (Kwon Yool). He is the son of a family that runs a large company. Park Hee-Tae cooperates with Yeom Ki-Ho and creates the Angel Fund. Park Hee-Tae becomes successful, but he soon faces ruin.
