Erika Mar 08 2025 7:15 pm Listen, I don't know what type of fans to recommend this drama to. It's completely out of the boxes I've seen before.

It's a good mystery that will have you second guesses what you know to be true. Some have complained about the pace, but I think hits the episode sweet spot of 10.

It's a girlmance (think opposite of bromance, not lesbian)and it's the best kind. Not full of jealousy and fakeness, but genuine and fierce.

If you like Jeon Yeo Bin and/or Nana, I think that's enough to say you should check this out.

felix Aug 27 2024 5:05 am I very much enjoyed this series and came here to see what the two leads may have done since. I agree with some of the comments about the story losing its way - too many different ideas, I understand 'red herrings' but too much time was pent on them - but in general I absolutely loved the two leads and watched it more as a character-study than for the plot from about halfway thorugh (it was well worth it!) I'd be more than happy to see anotyher series of the Further Adventures of Ji-hyo and Bo-Ra.

I particularly enjoyed - as usual with a lot of the SK and Japanese tv we watch - the high production values, the good acting, and the often very clever scripts - although I am certain the subs don't give the full substance and impact of everything and a Korean or Japanese would get a lot more. This series, like others, is much better than a lot of Western material - the comments about it being 'typical Netflix junk' are quite wrong - I hardly ever watch Western (particularly US) material on Netflix because it is so dull and cliched and all cut from the same template.

Park Min Apr 20 2024 8:26 am Not enough alien juice! Another Netflix slop with no soul, rhyme or rhythm. Actually, this is a good example for having an interesting big idea but don't have a clue what to do with it. The first 2 episodes were interesting with a good build up, however, everything that followed up was a let down. After garnering enough attention in the initial episodes, it just wanted to get to the finish line quickly regardless of how it does it. All Netflix is good for is adding scenes of characters smoking, that's the typical Netflix-tax for you. On the bright side, at least the leads brought a decent performance.

I really laughed when the real estate lady got the photos of the NPC group making the unconscious Jihyo do an arm heart lol, super dark comedic touches, great direction, great editing, great acting - perfect quirky show <3

Also the friendship between Jihyo and Bora was amazing to watch. Also each character played an important role here. The child actresses also did a great job. Surely gonna recommend this to everyone.

sella Dec 18 2022 2:43 am worth watching if u are bored ? but for me, yes it’s a little bit slow plot story but i loved how hong ji and bora friendship ❤️ firstly, i have so much high expectations about the story especially about the alien, but at the end, it’s just about some community who believe the saviour was ufo lol. also, i really like the 3 mens who give some point for me to laugh ? but i slowly watch this drama and finish it for a couple of weeks hahahhaha.. i think it’s 7/10.. sella!!!!! ??

Tbh I found duo lead character and relationship is better than the drama plot itself. So i wish there is Season 2 and more develop story., And we need more Jihyo Bora dynamics please ??

asif Oct 21 2022 9:20 am thought it will be a great series like moonfall. but it becomes sluggish and boring in every episode. afterall high expectations make this very bad show. i was watching because of Nana, and yeo bin. sometimes its very fast and and sometime it is very slow. there is more minor character which makes series messy. it may be 4-5 epi. my rating is 3/10. ?? disappointed!

Aozora Oct 14 2022 4:14 am This series is weird, in the sense that it should be very boring due to the story telling and some annoyingly boribg characters, including the main Jihyo character.

There are some funny comedic scenes, like the brilliant car driving scene, but - to be very honest - the main reason that allow me went through so many episodes is only one: Nana. I am not a K-Pop fan, so I never sern her before. But she shines.

ahn Oct 11 2022 11:52 am just binge-watched it. for me, its really interesting and fun. you have to think while watching it. its kinda playing with your mind haha. for the cast, i have no doubt for Jeon Yeo-bin and Nana for their act. their comedic scenes always on point. what is really surprised me is to found out there is Jung Da-bin with that short hairstyle. its funny, cause actually its my habit to check the drama/movie asianwiki's page before watching it. oh yeah, i think its my first time seeing Ryu Kyung-soo as normal person hehe. for the rest, every character i think is important to the story.

The why cult scenes scared the shit out of me but thanks to the comedy scenes, I was able to enjoy the the whole series! I must say yeobeen and Nana chemistry was Superb! I want the friendship their characters had! I also love yeobeen and ryu kyung soo chemistry even though they had little scenes together, they were still able to flow with each other, over all yeobeen/ hong jihyo brought laughter and tears to my face! Thank you! Jeon Yeobeen a World-class Actress so True! ???

It'll be more interesting if it's focus on allien little bit dissapointed. but overall I enjoyed watching this especially my girl Bora, she got the vibes and also JYB so excellent. Just the story too complicated and weird. good job for all actors they played their role so great. I just don't like some the storylines. 6.7/10

Me Oct 09 2022 8:38 am Enjoyed it a lottttt , very funny drama, got draggy and has plot holes, i understand below comment on jung da bun she plays toxic characters in dramas and here she was so annoying she overacted as a psycho. Anyways, very funny and entertaining, nana was excellent at her best she was the soul of show lolzz. I liked it so much so I dont get lot of criticism on it tho as i said it got draggy in between but the funny moments leep u going. One thing was stupid tht direct kim didnt need to kill the villain n become a murderer , getting him arrested was enough.

Meh Oct 09 2022 12:19 am I’m a fan of Yeobeen and watched this for her but this ain’t it. Her acting was good but that’s about it. The trailer was intruiging but the whole story was weird. So many unanswered plot holes. Unnecessary and fillers scenes here and there. Some characters shouldn’t have existed and the show could run without them. First three episodes were boring and only got interesting at the fourth. The UFO gang had no chemistry and were awkward as hell. After watching the whole thing, I still don’t get what the message of the writer wants to convey. I’m kinda disappointed since I waited so long for this only to bare myself from watching 10 episodes.

It's like a mental illness rather than entertainment. Ive never been more let down. I mean holy crap it was like being in the mind if the most boring depressed person to ever live. I've got my own problems I don't need this. I want some joy in my life.
