Nobuko Tanaka (Hiyori Sakurada) is a university student with a shy and reserved personality. She is kind of a 'mobuko,' who has spent her whole life as a supporting character. She works part-time at a supermarket. There, Nobuko Tanaka meets part-time worker Hiroki Irie (Taisei Kido), who also attends the same university. Nobuko Tanaka falls in love with him. Even though she is poor at taking proactive action, she gathers her courage bit by bit and tries to close the distance between them.
