Hinata Asahina (Ren Kiriyama) lives in Kichijoji, Tokyo. He gives up on becoming an actor and spends his days doing nothing. He becomes closer to Mano Yamada (Mari Hoshino) who works at a cafe he frequents. Mano Yamada is married and has a daughter. One day, Mano Yamada asks for Hinata Asahina's help after having a fight with her husband.
