Years earlier, 9 cyborg warriors saved the world multiple times. Once their mission was completed, they went back to their various home countries. The group's leader 009 Joe Shimamura lost his memory and now lives peacefully as a high school student in Tokyo. A terrorist attack then takes place simultaneously in different countries. Dr. Gilmore gathers the cyborg warriors again.
