Akira Okuda (Kaoru Iida) works as a teaching assistant in the Film Department of Kanagawa University of Fine Arts. He finds himself in a dilemma between the teaching staff, who care only about themselves, and the students who cause troubles. One day, he observes students stealing equipment from the university. The staff becomes afraid this will be leaked to the outside and orders Akira to write a false report on the incident. A new case takes place at the university and the situation gets worse.
