For the national top secret spy ring "Sakura," cadets are trained at a location called Church. Yasuchika Amane (Yuki Tamaki) and Kimitoshi Misu (Ryusuke Nakamura) sometimes come into conflict with Sakura and sometimes cooperate with Sakura.
In the past, Yasuchika Amane and Kimitoshi Misu, who belonged to anti-government organization “Hyogikai,” were involved in terror activities. Even after Hyogikai got annihilated, Yasuchika Amane and Kimitoshi Misu still pursue the idea of extreme equality. Yasuchika Amane, who killed his father by his own hands, has been heartbroken. Kimitoshi Misu worries about Yasuchika Amane and makes a decision.
