Yayoi Mitsushima (Reiko Takashima) works as a veteran funeral director. She is always absorbed in her job. Meanwhile, Ai Kawamura (Ayane Nagabuchi) lost her parents in an accident when she was a child. To this day, she is still tormented by their deaths. Ai Kawamura then meets Yayoi Mitsushima. To face her own trauma, Ai Kawamura decides to train as a funeral director.
