Plot
Shizu is 65 years old, single, and lives alone. At age 20, Shizu had fallen in love, and gave birth to a daughter, Takako. For reasons unknown, Shizu never married, and she raised the daughter by herself. One day, Takako’s daughter, Mirai, pays Shizu a visit. Her boyfriend had died in an auto accident, and she is pregnant with his child. Mirai is determined to have the baby, but her mother is vehemently opposed to it because of the hardships she faced in raising a child without a father. It is then that Shizu reveals her story of loving a man 45 years ago.
