Plot
The head nurse at a mid-sized private general hospital in Tokyo is ready to retire after 30 years of work. At least she thinks so! She and her staff of new and experienced nurses portray the demands and motivations of their profession-requiring a never-ending commitment to days and nights on the frontlines of saving lives-under the most severe working conditions.
