Plot

Pie is a sweet girl who moves into a new college dorm room where she finds out that her new roommate Kim, is a tomboy who looks and dress like a boy. As their friendship develops, Pie and Kim begin to wonder if the feeling they feel for one another is just an ordinary friendship or true love.

This movie is simple but give so deep meaning. This movie really teach me the real meaning of love. I wonder how the author of this movie can imagine such a great movie like this? Pie is so beautiful and cute, even I am a girl, but I like to see her face and love her lovely character. For Kim, if she is a real man I may fall for her. I wish that I could find someone that is like her (both face and characters). Kim is so charming and gentle. Thanks for this movie. I love all of you.

First of all, I want to congratulate you on the success of his film. I am happy to find that YON is loved by many internationally.

YON is my first Thai movie, and especially my very first Lesbian movie aswell. I am convinced of the beauty of love disregarding whatever your sexuality is. I watched YON continuously 4times in a role, each time tried to focus on the story, the acting, the back scenes, the music... and I had no reasons to complain at all. Thai actors and actresses act really well (in this film, particularly). So, well-done guy, (thumps up)

In fact, I see the after-math of this movies from your fans is their wishing you would continue the realtionship in real life, since your acting in love was so convincable. I, on the other hand, congratulate the actresses once again, and best wishes to you on whatever your choice of love in life is, and keep on succeeding in career, Aom and Tina go go go !!!!

And its amazing that Thai people are so open minded to this matter. I want to meet the writer of this movie, who ever he/she is. this guy is brilliant and brave to have this idea.

keyna May 06 2013 10:12 pm I do really love this movie <3 at first I was like ahhmmm and then slowly my first impression change...even though I watched the Yes or No 1 without subtitles i really felt the emotions and its suuuuuper cute :3 and then I watched the 2nd sequel of it...and it really made me cry, I thought their love was over and at last kim propose to pie.... I wish there is part 3 ...please

EVA Apr 28 2013 6:59 pm I am brazilian and I was surprised when I watched the first movie. Never realised that people were so open minded in Thailand. Brazil is famous for its Carnival, sexy women on tv at time that kids are awake, but regarding homossexuality, we are really late and I am afraid that things are getting worse because some religious groups fight against every possibility of legallizing same sex issues... Kim and Pie are so sweet, their love is lesson that every prejudice person should take. I hope we'll have movie number 3 and that their story come to west to help chance the world. I also hope that the books be translated and edited in english. Love you girls!
