Plot
In the beginning of summer, Mikiko (Emi Wakui) is surprised to hear her lover Yuji (Hidetoshi Nishijima) propose to her. Mikiko has yet to tell Yuji about her younger brother Michiro (Ryo Kase), who has autism. She wants to marry Yuji, but she is scared of telling him about her younger brother.
Mikiko then takes a trip with her father Ichiro (Raita Ryu), her mother Tomoko (Ayumi Ishida) and younger brother Michiro. Their destination is Otaru, which has Michiro's favorite place. It's been 16 years since their last family trip.
Mikiko plans to call Yuji and ask him to meet her family in Otaru.
