Plot
A devastating earthquake caused an upheaval in Taiwan on September 12, 1999. Thousands of houses were destroyed. Casualties mounted to nearly tens of thousands, making hundred thousands of people homeless. International help poured in, sending rescue teams to the disastrous zones. Wayne works in the Fire and Services Department in Hong Kong, and he too is being sent to Taiwan. The assignment came just in time for a runaway groom like Wayne. This is the sixth time Wayne is involved in relationship, and whenever his girlfriends uttered the word "marriage", he got cold-feet. It reminds him the fear of having to face the responsibility of being a husband and to bring home money. He has no faith in marriage. So, in the end, all his girlfriends left him. This time, his sixth girlfriend, Cat, brought up the marriage again, and he used the rescue work on Taiwan as the excuse for escaping.....
