Jae-won and Nah-young enjoy a good time at Nah-young’s parents’ house. Meanwhile, Jae-won’s mother isn’t happy about the fact that her son is staying at his in-laws’ house. When Jae-won’s grandmother stands up for Jae-won, the two women get into an argument. Jae-won’s grandmother threatens her daughter-in-law, saying that she’ll leave the house.
Nah-young gets sick in the middle of the night and Jae-won takes her to the emergency room. Nah-young’s mother is impressed by Jae-won’s sincere and genuine love for Nah-young.
Suhk-soon and Eun-sun meet in a restaurant and agree to help each other oppose Nah-young. At the same time, Jae-won, Nah-young and Nah-young’s mother head to the same restaurant.
Eps. 27
Nah-young feels uncomfortable when she runs into Suhk-soon. Nah-young and Jae-won come back to Jae-won’s parents’ house. Everyone in the family makes a sarcastic comment to Nah-young. Jae-won feels bad for his wife and complains to his mother. However, Jae-won’s mother gets upset when her son takes his wife’s side.
The following day, Nah-young acts as if nothing happened the day before. She gets up in the morning and prepares breakfast for the family. She also makes Jae-won apologize to his mother for his behavior.
After giving it a lot of thought, Eun-sun tells Jae-june that she will marry him. However, Jae-june isn’t sure what to do. He asks for Nah-young’s advice, but she can’t help him either.
Nah-young goes to the doctor to see why she can’t get pregnant.
Eps. 28
Jae-june can’t decide whether he wants to marry Eun-sun or not. To make things worse, he becomes even more hesitant when Eun-sun speaks ill of Nah-young. Eun-sun’s pride gets hurt when Jae-june hesitates to give her a definite answer about the marriage.
Suhk-soon gets promoted to assistant manager as she wanted. She’s thrilled, but Jae-won and Nah-young have mixed feelings about her promotion.
Jae-won finds out that Nah-young went to the doctor. He misunderstands that she’s pregnant, and he tells his family. Nah-young wonders why everyone in the family treats her well all of a sudden.

Nah-young goes back to the clinic to see the test results. She runs into Jae-june and Suhk-soon there. Suhk-soon helps Jae-ho get a job, which makes them good friends. Nah-young’s mother feels sorry for her daughter who wants a baby badly.
Meanwhile, Jae-june finally makes up his mind to get married. He announces to his family that he will marry Eun-sun whether they approve or not.

Jae-june tells Eun-sun that he wants to marry her. The two meet Jae-june’s parents, but Jae-june’s mother strongly objects to their marriage. However, realizing that Jae-june will never give in, she reluctantly approves of their marriage.
Finally, Jae-june and Eun-sun get married with the blessings of their friends and families. When they come back from their honeymoon, Jae-june’s mother suggests to the couple to move out from her house. Unlike Eun-sun who is dying to have her own place away from her in-laws, Jae-june wants to live with his parents.
While talking to Nah-young’s mother, Jae-won learns that Nah-young isn’t pregnant. He feels terribly sorry for making everyone in the family believe that she’s pregnant. He vents his frustration to his family.
Eps. 31
Nah-young realizes that the family thinks she’s pregnant. She feels uncomfortable about the fact that they’re nice to her just because they think she’s pregnant. To make matters worse, her mother-in-law tries to be nice to her by letting her stay with her family for a while.
Nah-young isn’t happy about Eun-sun’s lack of interest in helping her with the household chores. Eun-sun is jealous of Nah-young since everyone in the family cares more about Nah-young. She soon finds out that Nah-young isn’t pregnant.

Eun-sun is disgusted about the fact that Nah-young lets the family think that she’s pregnant. Nah-young wants to tell the family the truth, but Jae-won dissuades her from doing so.
Jae-ho thinks Suhk-soon is cute. They’re attracted to each other. Playful and fun-loving as he is, he gives her toy handcuffs instead of a ring.
While preparing a holiday meal, Nah-young and Eun-sun keep getting on each other’s nerves. The fact that Eun-sun doesn’t know the first thing about homemaking drives Nah-young crazy.

Jae-won and Jae-june pay careful attention to Nah-young. Eun-sun feels even more isolated and jealous. When she sees her husband Jae-june being nice to Nah-young, her patience finally wears out.
Tired of waiting for a phone call from Jae-ho, Suhk-soon decides to call him.
While having dinner with the family, Eun-sun gets drunk. She tells the family that Nah-young isn’t pregnant. She also tells them that Nah-young might not be able to have a child because of her medical conditions.

Eun-sun makes a lunch for Jae-june to take to work. However, Jae-june forgets about the lunch she made and has lunch with Nah-young. This creates a tension between Eun-sun and Jae-june.
Nah-young’s father hears about his wife’s past. Feeling betrayed by his wife, he thinks of his ex-girlfriend (who is now Jae-won’s mother) that he left to marry his wife a long time ago. He decides to meet and talk to her.
Suhk-soon realizes that she can’t stop thinking of Jae-ho. She runs into Jae-ho who is waiting for her in front of her house. They confirm that their feelings are mutual.

Jae-june, Eun-sun, Jae-won and Nah-young go out to dinner. Jae-won happens to bring up a doctor who used to love Nah-young before they got married. Jae-june and Nah-young feel uncomfortable since Jae-june used to have feelings for Nah-young. Eun-sun isn’t happy about the fact that Jae-june and Nah-young keep it secret from Jae-won. After dinner, Jae-june and Eun-sun have an argument over the matter. Jae-june is disappointed with his wife who doesn’t trust him.
Jae-won happens to hear the conversation between Nah-young and Eun-sun. He learns that his brother used to be in love with his wife. He feels confused and Nah-young feels responsible. Jae-won decides to have a heart-to-heart talk with Jae-june.
Eps. 36
Jae-won, Nah-young, Jae-june and Eun-sun have a good time. However, Eun-sun’s thoughtless behavior keeps bothering Nah-young. She decides not to put up with Eun-sun anymore.
While passing in front of a gift store, Seon-soon thinks of Jae-ho. She buys a gift for Jae-ho and goes to his house. They’re just happy to be with each other.
Meanwhile, the family is concerned about the fact that Nah-young and Eun-sun aren’t getting along. They decide to send Nah-young to her parents’ house before things get out of control.

The family thinks that Jae-won and Nah-young should move out. Meanwhile, Eun-sun seems sick. Nah-young gets nervous wondering if Eun-sun is pregnant.
Nah-young decides not to move out. Her mother-in-law tries to change Nah-young’s mind, but she tells her that she prefers to live with the family. Eun-sun finds out that she’s pregnant. Without considering how Nah-young would feel about the news, she tells the family.

While Eun-sun is worried about how her pregnancy will interfere with her career, Nah-young is concerned that her medical conditions aren’t improving. The two women have an ongoing argument, which makes the rest of family very uncomfortable. The family decides to ask Eun-sun and Jae-june to move out.
Nah-young’s father can’t forgive his wife for lying about her past for such a long time. She finally tells him the truth and asks for his forgiveness. However, he gives her the cold shoulder.
While leaving the office after working late, Suhk-soon gets stuck in the elevator. Scared to death, she calls Jae-ho for help. He quickly comes to rescue her. They confirm that they have feelings for each other.

Eun-sun realizes that the family really cares about her. She decides to stay. Looking forward to Eun-sun’s moving out, Nah-young gets disappointed. They still can’t get along with each other.
Because Nah-young’s father isn’t likely to be forgiving, Nah-young’s mother leaves the house. She thinks that she’ll never come back to her husband.
The family decides to help Eun-sun and Nah-young with the household chores. However, this makes Nah-young even more uncomfortable. To make things worse, it causes more misunderstanding and conflict between the family members. Nah-young finally decides to move out.

After saying goodbye to her-in-laws, Nah-young and Jae-won move into Nah-young’s parents’ house. Nah-young is shocked to find out that her mother has left the house. The family looks for her mother everywhere, but she cannot be found anywhere.
Remembering a place where they used to go, Nah-young’s father decides to check it out. Meanwhile, Jae-ho surprises Suhk-soon, saying that he’ll introduce his girlfriend to her. When she finally finds out who his girlfriend is, she’s confused, but excited.
Jae-won finds out that he’s in big trouble when his client wants to return the entire order. Even though he has worked hard, he gets fired.

Touched by Jae-won’s mother’s kindness, Nah-young’s mother goes to meet her. Nah-young’s mother asks for forgiveness for what she did a long time ago. They agree to let bygones be bygones. Now there are no hard feelings between the two women.
Jae-won tries to find a new job. However, things don’t go as well as he expected. He looks for a chance to tell Nah-young that he got fired, but it’s hard to bring it up.
Meanwhile, Suhk-soon and Jae-ho celebrate their 100-day-anniversairy on the beach. They’re very happy. They start drinking and get pleasantly drunk. However, the following morning, they’re shocked when they wake up in the same bed.

The family finds out that Jae-won’s father fell for a scam and lost everything. They also learn that he’s been working in his friend’s street bar.
Jae-won can’t help but lie to Nah-young who doesn’t know that he’s been fired.
Eps. 43
Nah-young finally learns that Jae-won got fired. She’s very disappointed that Jae-won didn’t tell her the truth.
Suhk-soon and Jae-ho announce their marriage to Jae-ho’s mother.
Eun-sun’s mother happens to see Jae-won working in a car service center. After talking to Eun-sun’s mother, Nah-young goes to the place where Jae-won is working.

While Jae-won’s family is enjoying a great time together, Jae-ho shows up. The family learns about the relationship between Suhk-soon and Jae-ho. Suhk-soon announces that she and Jae-ho will get married. However, Suhk-soon shocks the family by telling them that she doesn’t want a conventional wedding ceremony.
Nah-young and her family get excited at the possibility of Nah-young’s becoming pregnant.

Jae-ho’s mother gets disappointed to learn that there will be no big wedding ceremony. Suhk-soon understands that her parents want their daughter to have a beautiful wedding, but she doesn’t change her mind.
Suhk-soon and Jae-ho finally get married with the blessings of their families.

The night before the wedding, Jae-won’s family gets together and celebrates Jae-won and Suhk-soon’s marriage. Suhk-soon isn’t usually an emotional person, but she promises Jae-won’s mother that they’ll be happy forever. Suhk-soon and Jae-ho finally get married with the blessings of their families.
Jae-won’s family understands Jae-won and encourages him to find a new job. He makes several attempts and fails as many times. Meanwhile, the company where Jae-won used to work seriously considers restoring him to his former position.

Jae-won gets a phone call from Mi-kyeong telling him that he can work again. Everyone is really happy for Jae-won.
Meanwhile, Nah-young tires to get pregnant, but things don’t seem very easy. The family tries to help her feel comfortable, but even their thoughtful consideration are stressful for her. Feeling strange, Nah-young decides to check and see if she’s pregnant.

Nah-young finds out that she’s not pregnant. She feels jealous of Eun-sun who is expecting a baby. She feels depressed and sorry for herself.
Meanwhile, Suhk-soon goes to her school reunion with Jae-ho. Feeling embarrassed to say that her husband is unemployed, she lies to her friends that Jae-ho is a chef. Jae-ho gets angry and is disappointed about the fact that his wife is ashamed of him.

Nah-young and Eun-sun make up with each other. After having a heart-to-heart talk, they finally learn to understand each other better.
A year passes by. Eun-sun has become a mom. The family is happy about having a baby in the house. However, at the same time they feel bad for Nah-young who still is having trouble getting pregnant.

While having breakfast, Nah-young feels sick. The family wonders if she’s finally pregnant. They’re excited, but they’re afraid of getting disappointed. Nah-young finds out that she’s experiencing the pregnancy symptoms just because she desperately wants a baby. She gets extremely depressed and becomes very self-conscious. However, she doesn’t give up. She hears that sesame powder is good for women who have the same problem as she does.

The sesame powder causes Nah-young to have a serious allergic reaction. However, she keeps taking it. Jae-won and the family feel bad for her. Nah-young’s mother-in-law accompanies her to the hospital. She realizes the infertility treatment is very tough for Nah-young. She tells Nah-young that it’s okay to live as a childless couple.
